The initial contact and information about GoHealth was very good. However, I haven't seen or heard anything from the plan as far as emails and information packet or personal contact from Vanessa. I'm also concerned about this plan being an HMO, which was not revealed in our 1 hour plus telephone visit.

Tried to make contact with consisted of being past to worker to worker, I will not ever recommend this agency to anyone! There lack of professionalism goes without saying, even on a bad day! A Representative lied 🤥 to me in order to get me to sign up for a new plan. I told her exactly what I needed and she told me this new plan would get me the dental 🦷 implant I needed. After seeing a dentist today the implant was denied. Humana doesn’t cover implants like I was told by the representative with Go Health. So now I’m waiting on Hold with my old Advantage Plan trying to get back on it. It’s a 1 hour wait. The girl who helped me was nice as pie when she was getting me to change my plan. Now Today she’s calling me “ma’am” and saying, “I never would have told you Humana covers implants.” Be careful what you do with these people.

My so-called agent Kyle A told me I could call him whenever I had questions. The next day I did have a question so I called his number.. four times over a span of 36 hours, but he was always on the line with someone and never did he ever return my call. He spoke clear and well but once he had me signed up I no longer mattered.

So, far it was very easy. I wasn't looking to change a thing with my medicare part C - Advantage. However, after hearing the savings I had to make a slight change.
