The lady I dealt with helped me out in a good way . I was already on a humana plan, but I was not given a food card and my copay for specialist was 5.00 more than I have to pay now. She gave me the details to where I could understand it so much better than the other ones did.

I like that. I have zero co-pays on my doctors and I like that Villa R at Tanner . I have zero co-pays there and also like the food card that has a good allowance on that. I like that all my doctors are in the network and my medicines are zero co-pays, and all my medications are in the tears and there is nothing that I dislike about it

I was not satisfied with the time it took to go through the process of retaining a new medical insurance policy. The agent was long winded and repeated a lot of the script she was obviously reading. I asked if we could hurry it along and she replied "can you grab a cracker real quick" because I told her I needed to eat because I'm diabetic and wanted to eat! I believe she was obviously up in age and wanted to do things her way repeating things and forgetting what she said to me. If anything you take from this please shorten the script you have for your customer service representatives to read!!

I think that using an ad for a 3.200 spending allowance for groceries are a deceptive way to get clients but the plan I got from Kiana was better than what I had so I'm glad I called thank you.
