GoHealth has been mostly good well I just had trouble with one customer service agent. The GoHealth is not backed by the insurance companies as I have been told by an insurance agent from United. They tell me that you are just sales people and that they are the ones who decide what my coverage is. I have been told that I cannot count on your promises or what information you currently have to know what my coverage actually includes. I am very, very, very disappointed with that and although I like GoHealth, I have found you're not necessarily reliable. I don't know what's going on between GoHealth and the insurance companies, but I am very disappointed.

Well Care was AWEFUL! Changing my plan WITHOUT my knowledge or consent, 2 years ago I totally lost Medicare because they told me to ignore the letters, because they already did the assessment. According to a different Medicare agency, my new insurance was not registered correctly with CarePlus but I was extremely happy with Tara’s help to help me find the right coverage for me and I had thought that I was set on staying with WellCare until I realized that WellCare had really decreased their coverage compared with 2024 coverage and that it was not worth me staying with WellCare. She explained the benefits from WellCare compared to the benefits from CarePlus. Tara was amazing.

Gary was so helpful finding the right plan for me and broke it down to me in a very easy to understand manorrr. In the past I’ve tried to pick my insurance provider with no help and I then end up not receiving or using my health care benefits.

Ms Carol T was very friendly and professional on the phone with me. She was well informed about my needs/wants and came through with a plan seemingly tailored for me. So far I am pleased , but this coming year, 2025, when I begin using my plan will be the tell all. But I was pleased with the enrollment phone call

The agents I talked with were very informative ( Renea and David) and explained things to me that I didn't understand. Knowing what I really have as insurance instead of having to guess every time I go to the doctor helps me to budget my income much better. I've already recommended Go Health to a couple of my friends.
