I had an appointment yesterday with my dentist. Everything went great and I was able to get checked out (no cavities) and I was able to buy something to help me with waking up with a dry mouth most mornings. It worked out really great this morning.

However, I am still waiting for the paperwork and membership card (5 days). Need to schedule several appointments with referrals in April.

GoHealth has been mostly good well I just had trouble with one customer service agent. The GoHealth is not backed by the insurance companies as I have been told by an insurance agent from United. They tell me that you are just sales people and that they are the ones who decide what my coverage is. I have been told that I cannot count on your promises or what information you currently have to know what my coverage actually includes. I am very, very, very disappointed with that and although I like GoHealth, I have found you're not necessarily reliable. I don't know what's going on between GoHealth and the insurance companies, but I am very disappointed.

I especially like getting enrolled with Humana because Amanda M was such a lovely lady to talk with. She made everything perfectly clear and I was able to understand the enrollment process and what my benefits were going to be come January 1st 2025. I'm pleased with this plan and look forward to the coming year. I appreciate all the information you have sent me from go health. I am so glad that I chose Humana once again and I'm excited to be back on one of your wonderful plans. I can't thank you all enough for the kindness your company has shown me. On a scale of one to 10 with 10 being the highest Jada , the agent that I worked with gets a 15!
She was patient, persistent professional, and she just never gave up on me. I was so impressed by her ability to roll with the punches when I wasn’t able to talk to her for a long period of time, but had to have a series of short phone calls. My representative was named Roshin J and she was wonderful. She was very thorough., patient and so helpful in deciding what plan I should choose. It was a very time consuming process but she never lost track of where we were at nor did she ever lose her patience in working with me. I have had two minor strokes and I'm 72 years old so I really appreciate it that she was so patient. I would recommend her to anyone if they had a choice to work with her. I hope you appreciate your good employees such as her.

Mary Hathcoat was my advisor. She was the best advisor I’ve had since I started Medicare . I reached out a month ago with an agent from somewhere, who was not at all helpful. Mary could teach all she knows. She seemed to be familiar with all the changes for 2025. It was comforting to listen to her walk insurance changes that would benefit me , and put money back into my pockets.

Kristina was so kind and patient with us. I am a suspicious buyer and I gave Kristina a lot of push back, because I have trust issues with hospital and insurance matters.
