GoHealth has been mostly good well I just had trouble with one customer service agent. The GoHealth is not backed by the insurance companies as I have been told by an insurance agent from United. They tell me that you are just sales people and that they are the ones who decide what my coverage is. I have been told that I cannot count on your promises or what information you currently have to know what my coverage actually includes. I am very, very, very disappointed with that and although I like GoHealth, I have found you're not necessarily reliable. I don't know what's going on between GoHealth and the insurance companies, but I am very disappointed.

The information and finding the best coverage for my needs was a big relief taken off my shoulders with the help of a professional insurance agent. I was so pleased while on the phone. On a scale of one to 10 with 10 being the highest Jada , the agent that I worked with gets a 15! She was patient, persistent professional, and she just never gave up on me. I was so impressed by her ability to roll with the punches when I wasn’t able to talk to her for a long period of time, but had to have a series of short phone calls. My representative was named Roshin J and she was wonderful. She was very thorough., patient and so helpful in deciding what plan I should choose. It was a very time consuming process but she never lost track of where we were at nor did she ever lose her patience in working with me. I have had two minor strokes and I'm 72 years old so I really appreciate it that she was so patient. I would recommend her to anyone if they had a choice to work with her. I hope you appreciate your good employees such as her.

Mary Hathcoat was my advisor. She was the best advisor I’ve had since I started Medicare . I reached out a month ago with an agent from somewhere, who was not at all helpful. Mary could teach all she knows. She seemed to be familiar with all the changes for 2025. It was comforting to listen to her walk insurance changes that would benefit me , and put money back into my pockets.

GoHealth BC Survey

Kristina was so kind and patient with us. I am a suspicious buyer and I gave Kristina a lot of push back, because I have trust issues with hospital and insurance matters. Kristina was very understanding and was able to earn my trust and allowed me to believe that GoHealth may be a great experience for me. I hope to find that to be true and am currently optimistic that it will be true. I am currently very happy with the choice.

At the same time he's very astute and succinct and presents the program quickly. He deserves the praise?
