We got cut off at one point, but he reconnected with me quickly. James was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my firt-time selection of an Advantage Plan.. I know that I can reconnect with him for future questions.

My husband and I were extremely pleased working with GoHealth. The agents are knowledgeable, pleasant and customer service driven. All you need for them to get you the best plan is your doctor(s) and medications. They are budget conscious and will find a plan with payback or quarterly cash for over the counter items ie. vitamins, etc. We highly recommend them.

With open enrollment time, the calls and mail and hype about Medicare never stops... but that's not to say anything about whether or not you understand. Daylynn was so very patient, answered all my questions, researched questions for a complete and knowledgeable answer. Bright personality, easy to understand in no heavy accent. She took her time in finding the right plan for my needs, which unfortunately are now complicated. We spoke for 1 hour or more. I finally felt like someone actually cared about helping me, as opposed to other insurance agents Iv spoke with. She went above and beyond what was expected of her.

Got a card in the mail to call this # for more health benefits. Called and spoke to Kaycee. It was a long call, but Kaycee was very patient and knowledgeable. I tend to banter on sometimes and she took it all in stride. She explained each benefit I qualified for asking if I could use it. Of course, the answer was yes. If I come across anyone who is on Medicare Advantage, I’ll tip them off to Kaycee and GoHealth for extra benefits.

Andre was great in finding the best insurance for me. The only thing I would recommend is that he slows down on telling the insurance details. I was able to get the gest of it but would have understood more if he slowed down. I didn’t ask any questions or even asked him to slow down. Over all I really enjoyed the service the lady that I had to talk with was so friendly and was really there to help and you could tell that she really wanted to. Only dislike would be that it takes so long. But that being said it was well with my time. I can now afford to go to the dr a little better and maybe not have to decide between groceries and meds. I had the best conversation with a healthcare agent on Friday. Her name is Erin D. She spent about an hour or more going over all the plans in my area, making sure my doctors where in the plan, my prescriptions being covered, giving me the best plan which decreased my co-pays by $10 each for my doctor visit and decreased the cost of all my prescriptions. Erin was so patient and answered every question I had and made sure I understood everything she was telling me. I will highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

When I made the phone call yesterday from an article I read on Facebook I had no plans to change health insurance carriers. Although I had had some bad experiences with the one carrier I have at this time. Annette the Go Health advisors on the phone was the kindest and she herself helped me to make the change. The agent Mr. Brandon R. Introduced himself right away and he answered our questions and he was very thorough made sure we got the Plan that we wanted. And our doctors and specialists are in the network. He reviewed our medications that we currently take.
