Range of Health Services

Direct Wellness offers a range of health services, including the following:

• Allergy testing
• Weight loss
• Medication refills
• Gut health

It’s important to note that all services are telehealth services, meaning that you’ll meet with a healthcare provider online rather than in person. In most cases, service begins with a 20-minute consultation, after which a separate appointment would be scheduled for a specific service and/or follow-up.

Direct Wellness Weight Loss Program

Direct Wellness specializes in weight loss services and sets itself apart from other telehealth platforms by offering a specialized weight loss program. The program includes an in-depth evaluation of your current health and lifestyle, as well as your weight loss goals, and a Direct Wellness provider will work with you to create a customized weight loss plan that is tailored to your specific needs. 

If you’d like to incorporate medications into your personalized weight loss program, Direct Wellness providers prescribe either Semaglutide (GLP-1) or Tirzepatide (GIP) medications. It’s important to note that your provider will need to first approve your prescription, and only after approval will your medication be shipped directly to your home within 48 hours.

The Direct Wellness weight loss program also includes monthly check-ins to see how you’re progressing towards your weight loss goals.

Weight loss programs are typically priced by month, based on your medication (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide), or you can choose a payment plan that includes three months of weight loss service at a flat price.

Payment Plan Options

Direct Wellness doesn’t require insurance for service and provides three different payment plan options at a flat rate. The payment plans don’t require a credit check and quick approvals are typically guaranteed — financing is available for all payment plans, if needed.

Direct Wellness offers the following three payment plans:

• Direct Wellness 3 Month Program ($2,000) — Pertains to the Direct Wellness weight loss program and includes a one-month supplement package, nutrition plan, access to the Supplement Dispensary, and 20 percent off supplements.
• Tirzepatide 3 Month Program ($1,600) — This program only includes the Tirzepatide medication.
• Semaglutide 3 Month Program ($1,300) — This program only includes the Semaglutide medication.

Direct Wellness patients can easily access their health information and other results through the Direct Wellness patient portal. Thus, you can easily stay on top of your health progress at any time without needing to call your provider.
