Wow what a great experience. We needed a new door, we had options but by the end, there was no option. State 48 hit it out of the park for us. Gave us options, told us the benefits of each, didnt push us, but educated us. David came and did the install and was amazing to work with. Couldnt be happier.

Service tech, Greg, arrived on time today to perform a tune-up on my garage door, opener, etc. After meticulously looking things over, he stated that everything looked in great shape & that no tune-up would be needed; only doing some light lubricating & that was it. He took the time to answer all my questions & was a consummate professional from start to finish. His honesty in not trying to up upsell me on work I didn't need was refreshing & appreciated. Highly recommend this company & Greg.

Tyson arrived on time, did an excellent job of explaining what the issue was, provided a quote for the repair and fixed it right away. It’s an older door so he also provided a no pressure quote for replacement. I called State 48 after a different company replaced the springs and cables and within a couple of weeks there were issues. I contacted that company twice and was told the issue was new and not related to the spring replacement-although it was. One visit from Tyson and the garage door is back to functioning as it should. Thanks for the outstanding service! If you are looking for a company that will give you an honest quote and excellent service, look no further.
