I was greeted by a hospitable and professional representative and she contacted a technician for me. She was able to have someone come out the same day (on a Friday evening). From the time I called to the whole job being completed it took 3 hours!! Being a new customer, I was HIGHLY impressed from start to finish. The technician, Greg, was so kind, experienced, and honest. Their pricing, quality of work, and professional are top-notch! I will be recommending them to anyone for garage needs!

From working with their team to the technician who completed the installation, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The installation was seamless and completed right on time. My husband called State 48 around 3pm. They sent Greg to give me a no obligation estimate between 5-7 pm. Greg arrived at 5pm and did the estimate. He to,d me he could fix our garage door now so I said OK. He did a great job! Not only did he fix my problem beautifully but did some other adjustments as part of the service. What a great experience! Thank you Greg and State 48!
