Ordered my doors in November and still don’t have them and it’s April 26th. Dealer has no idea when they’ll be in. This company is terrible. Cannot talk to live person. I would not order from again.

They do NOT honor warranty. Customer service doesn't acknowledge much less reply to emails even when customer has a ticket number assigned by Clopay. Promised phone calls by supervisors do NOT occur. Their grade is F

DO NOT BUY CLOPAY. Worst customer service. I’m a builder and they refuse to sell me a door or panel to repair a door on new construction. Will recommend to all clients DO NOT USE CLOPAY doors!

Zero stars should be an option. They don’t deserve a star. Ongoing month after months delays. At least 5 different ship dates. Zero communication- zero answers. Avoid if you can.

very poor customer service sell products they dont have waited over a year for a garage door, was able to build a 8,000 sq foot home but a 16x10 foot door could not be delivered.
