It would be less than one star if I could, this company blames everything on Covid I ordered an 16x8 garage door from Home Depot Just got an update November 26th is the delivery date, it was ordered on the 24th of June because i could not order it over the phone. I cancelled the order I will find an alternative even if it costs more

Bought a door from the Coachmen series. After 7 years the moldings are warping and detaching from the door. The quality of the moldings are cheap plastic and do not fit the door well. The door was over $3000. Stay away from this company!!

Door installed last year; worked great until it didn’t 3 MONTHS AGO. I got about 9 months of use out of this expensive installation. Now I can’t get the time of day. Some one always pleasantly tells me the local installer will be calling to set up an appointment. LIES all lies

One panel needed to be replaced, and the freight charge alone was $500! I would not recommend this company at these prices. They never responded to me as well. So I assume their customer support is non-existent.

very poor customer service sell products they dont have waited over a year for a garage door, was able to build a 8,000 sq foot home but a 16x10 foot door could not be delivered.
