Bought the heavy duty garage doors with the very costly overlay to look like wood, treated them as instructed, they faded to almost white, installer got no results, ive sent pictures and serial #s to customer service as requested. NO response, ill never recommend these doors to anyone, in fact everyone i know building i tell them my story!

Wall mount garage door switch works but doesn't work. Cold days not working. Unable to get the installer to return to fix the problem. Repeated appointments get ignored. Manually opening closing door so I give it 1-2 stars. Large gaps in the gasket but something I didn't expect. Poor installation from contractors linked to Home Depot.

This is a terrible company. It took three months to get my garage door with excuse after excuse. The installer, Allen, worked just 3 hours to install the door and refused to complete the installation. There were gaps around the door and the installer would not install the weather trim. We are still waiting on Clopay.

ordered a completely standard double garage door on December 12, 2021 and were told April 2022 delivery. Its now June 20th, and neither the dealer or the manufacturer can provide me with a delivery date. In the meantime, they keep 75% of the cost as down-payment. Terrible customer service, never again.

Lame excuses , can't deliver on time . Ordered Door in August 2021 , now March 7 delivery . This is 3rd delivery date . 0 Stars should be an option. How can this Company stay in Business . Horrible Horrible Service. Buy Someone else's Door.

1 panel was dented, no gaskets are provided, track support is not provided. You get what you pay for. I do not recommend this company. If you want to save yourself problems, buy elsewhere.

It would be less than one star if I could, this company blames everything on Covid I ordered an 16x8 garage door from Home Depot Just got an update November 26th is the delivery date, it was ordered on the 24th of June because i could not order it over the phone. I cancelled the order I will find an alternative even if it costs more

Bought a door from the Coachmen series. After 7 years the moldings are warping and detaching from the door. The quality of the moldings are cheap plastic and do not fit the door well. The door was over $3000. Stay away from this company!!

Door installed last year; worked great until it didn’t 3 MONTHS AGO. I got about 9 months of use out of this expensive installation. Now I can’t get the time of day. Some one always pleasantly tells me the local installer will be calling to set up an appointment. LIES all lies

One panel needed to be replaced, and the freight charge alone was $500! I would not recommend this company at these prices. They never responded to me as well. So I assume their customer support is non-existent.

very poor customer service sell products they dont have waited over a year for a garage door, was able to build a 8,000 sq foot home but a 16x10 foot door could not be delivered.
