The Good

  • Long Time in Business
  • Variety of Fencing

Long Time in Business

Master Halco has been in business for a long time, giving it the experience needed to succeed in the fencing industry. Master Halco started growing in 1961 when they expanded to Hayward, California, and now they are found all across the United States.

Variety of Fencing

Master Halco has several types of fencing for multiple different types of circumstances. They have fences for agricultural use, as well as home and commercial use. The Bad

  • Undisclosed Warranty
  • Only Covers 28 States

Undisclosed Warranty

Master Halco does not disclose their warranty on their website. It is important to know what the fencing warranty is because fences are such a big purchase and are more susceptible to damage. Master Halco would benefit from making their warranty clearer.

Only Covers 28 States

Master Halco only covers 28 states, which means it is harder to purchase Master Halco products because they are not as available as other fencing companies. Its website has a page that shows which states have a Master Halco location, and it also has the contact information for those stores. Before looking into Master Halco, see if they are in your area.

The Bottom Line

Master Halco is a good company with a wide variety of fencing, but it is only good if it is in your area. If it is, the company has been in business for a long time, making it a good business you can trust that has the experience to give you exactly what you want for your fencing.

Edward Short West Chester, PA

The vinyl fence from Master Halco is a very poor product with regards to the color fading. We have several hundred yards of this fence and it has gone from dark brown to pale green in just a few years. This is way beyond what is listed in the warranty as “ less than Delta 5 on the Delta E color scale”. Repeated attempts to get the company to back their product have proved fruitless. I recommend not getting this product if the color is important.
