Return Policy
Yesglasses offers a one-time replacement for each pair of glasses in your order. All you have to do is email the company, include your order number, desired frame replacement, and the name of the frames you wish to return. Keep in mind that if you do a one-time replacement, you cannot get a refund or another substitute.
If you prefer, Yesglasses offers a refund option if you cannot find a replacement pair. You can return your glasses within 14 days from the time it was delivered to you. You will be issued your refund via the original payment method minus any Express or International shipping fees.
