The highest priced prescription eyeglass frames on firmoo.com are $39, and that is including standard index 1.50 lenses. If you do need extra lens coatings or upgraded lenses, it will cost more.

$4.95 Pair for New Customers

New customers qualify for a $4.95 pair of glasses with single vision 1.50 index lenses. The discounted pair has to be chosen from a special page, and if you need upgraded lenses, you can still get a discount, but there will be additional prices for different lenses.

If you have at least 100 Instagram followers, you may even qualify for a $1 first pair.

Free Shipping for Orders Over $39

U.S. customers can get free shipping for orders over $39 with the code FREESHIP. Just remember that if your order costs less than $39, you will also have to pay for shipping:

Time to Delivery

It can take a little while for your Firmoo Optical glasses to be delivered after you complete the ordering process.

• Standard shipping: 6–10 business days
• Express shipping: 5–7 business days

Packages are only shipped after a processing time of 2–11 business days. The more complex your lenses are, the longer it will take.

• Plano (non-prescription) processing: 2 business days
• Single vision processing: 3–5 business days
• Blue light filtering lenses: 6–9 business days
• Tinted lenses: 5–7 business days
• Photochromic lenses, polarized lenses, bifocals, progressive lenses, and prescription sun lenses: 8–11 business days.

After you place your order, it will take a couple of weeks before you get them.

Try On Function

While Firmoo offers an online try-on by uploading your picture, this isn’t really a good indicator of size. But, you can always return your glasses within 30 days if they don’t fit.

Cancellation

Users can cancel their order before it starts processing. However, as Firmoo glasses are made to order, cancellations requested after it starts processing, then there is a $4.95 fee.

Insurance

Firmoo doesn’t accept any vision insurance plans for payment. If you want to use your insurance benefits to purchase glasses at an online optical store, you may want to look for another place to shop.
