Unfortunately I've had a bad experience. I ordered my glasses, and had to fill out paperwork, and confirm on a call I approve the purchase. (Which I am thankful that you verify purchases if things seem sketchy). But I was told multiple times EyeBuy would call me to confirm and never did. Had to try and call several times to reach anyone to confirm. Then my glasses took longer than the 7-10business days to ship. all in all it took nearly a month to get a product I could get on Amazon in a few days.

My mom picked two pairs of glasses. A week later the company let me know one pair of the order was not available. We picked another. All in all, it took about 3 weeks to get the order and I have not received the difference back to my CC.

I like the styles they provide. I do not like that they were physically unable to fulfill my order and instead of refunding or letting me know what was going on, they sent me a tracking number after waiting the initial 2 week max wait, as promised by the company. I then received a phone call 5 days later, stating they were shipping out my product within 48 hours. It wasn't until 21 days after purchase that the product was ordered, that I recieved an email confirming shipping and an estimated date of arrival. With all of this, and my reaching out to customer service to ask for clarity on when I would get my product, I was given a coupon for my next order with this company. They were unable to fulfill my initial order in the time frame promised, then lied and strung its customers on in order to keep from having to refund customers. With the multitude of competitors, I see no reason to try to redeem my experience with EyeBuyDirect.

Not real happy with EyeBuy direct right now. I ordered 2 bairs of glasses and the first one was for computer work. It was totally unusable, very blurry vision, no matter what I did, had to return them. The second pair are not good either. Haven't returned them yet but probably will have to due to the really poor vision I have with them on.

I had to reach out to find out why my order was taking weeks to be fulfilled instead of hearing from the EyeBuyDirect team as soon as there was a delay on my order.

I've bought 4 pairs and have been satisfied with them all. That said, the customer service wasn't the greatest. Long hold times. "Nothing could be done" type of answers when I had some issues utilizing my vision insurance to purchase glasses. Overall, they did try and the glasses fit great!

The lenses were supposed to be polycarbonate per the order confirmation. Turns out they were not. I fell and one of the lenses shattered. Required major surgery to my face to remove the lodged pieces and repair the muscle and nerve damage below the eye. Over $25,000 in medical bills. Expert examination of the lens showed that it was an acrylic and not polycarbonate. Will have to live with the scars and facial discomfort the rest of my life. If you purchased glasses with polycarbonate lenses from EyeBuyDirect I highly recommend that you have them verified by an optometrist.
