Wait times can be excessive. They lure you in on a great deal and then every little thing is an add on and up sale. So you spend a lot more than planned. But the glasses were fine. And they adjusted as needed.

Over priced services. The give you prescription with a two week expiration dates. They are hesitant to give them out. They want you to use their store for eyewear when it’s cheaper elsewhere.
