I was able to use some body solid equipment in the gym but I had someone their to help me understand how to properly use it. It looked like one of those multistations. Like the equipment that can be used for more than one workout. I focused on my arms and reps of pulling weight so I could tone and strengthen up. I also did a few leg thrusts. Overall, it was a pretty good workout.
