Although not required by law, I am surprised that the freeze dried food has neither manufactured dates nor expiration dates. This is the type of product that you lay down never extending to eat unless necessary, so it would be nice to know how old it is. Also, the bags are dark blue so you cannot see marker ink on them and need to use a label. The 72 hour emergency kit is the size of a gallon zip lock and it's hard to believe that it could feed me for three days and it has no labeling of what's inside whatsoever. Opening it would make it age faster so ill have to wait and see. Certainly question the transparency of this company and I wish I would have looked at the reviews and how they treat their customers whom are dissatisfied before placing orders with them. Finally, if your looking for meat, a 28 0z can of beef, pork, chicken or turkey costs $33.33 per can from P.S. and I got the same size and same 5 year shelf life from my grocery for $8.99 so I don't recommend buying short range products from them due to this extraordinary mark up. The slim line storage box's are nice

High Quailty product. We have tried several items and were pleasantly surprised. Freeze dried connotates some rather poor old perceptions we had. The new methods must have been perfected since I was a kid. Their packaging is very well done and thought out. We would rather have fewer quality items than a plethora of choices that didn't live up to what we have tried so far. We got seeds earlier and found he packaging to be excellent. We planted several items all of which had excellent germination percentages. Unfortunately for us the Deer had the final taste test. They decimated our garden. I will win that battle this year.

I recommend my patriot supply because of the quality of food they sell for long-term storage. I have bought the three day survival rations at a great cost and they tasted good as well. this is also a great place to buy long-term survival food in case of an emergency.

Stay away from this company. I received my 2x3month food supply with 2 of the containers cracked open. I'm not the first one to complain about this. The insides of one of them was covered in dirt/dust as were some of the food envelopes. They blame UPS but the cardboard used to ship 60 LB boxes is very flimsy. They sent shipping labels to me and I shipped the product back. They credited me $200 less than I paid. I tried to reason with customer service that since I hadn't received what I had paid for I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping. I might just has well have tried reasoning with the containers themselves for all the good it did me. The reason I returned the material is Customer service told me the dirt/dust was completely normal. I was wasn't willing to trust what was inside the packages. I wasn't able to get my point across to them but I did get numerous renditions of their policy. As well as arrogant assurances that I wouldn't be getting any refund. Go somewhere else and avoid unnecessary frustration.

Several years ago I bought some freeze-dried potato soup for emergencies. During the current blizzard and cold snap, I made the soup for my family. It was delicious. We really enjoyed it

For you preppers, back-packers, who are buying freeze-dried products just a heads up on a product that I got from My Patriot Supply last week. I will never buy from them again, this was my first order. I ordered a case of freeze-dried chicken, freeze-dried beef and freeze-dried hash browns. The chicken was fine when I opened the box, so was the hash browns. However, upon opening the freeze-dried beef, I noticed holes punched in the top of the bags as if they had been in a store for sale. On closer inspection of the bags I notice the holes are punched below the seal line leaving them open to the air. I also noticed tiny pieces of meat in the bottom of the box. I called the company immediately upon opening and finding this. The man who answered said “we don’t punch holes in our bags”. Well, you sent me bags with holes punched in them. He told me to take pictures and send to a lady at the company with a note explaining what happened. I did that. She said they would send me four new bags to replace the ones that I could obviously tell were opened. I asked her if it was common for their merchandise to have holes punched in it and could I expect this to happen again. She said no, and asked me for the lot number on the bags so she could investigate. I got four more news bags quickly. I opened the bubble wrapped envelope they shipped them in (really? An envelope, now I can expect a lot of powder) and found four more bags with holes punched in them. Obviously this company has no quality control and do not care about their reputation and repeat business. Eating these packages can be dubious at best. I am out the $77.95 that was paid for these dubious packages of freeze-dried beef. 🤬🤬🤬

They lied about their replacement insurance. I was hit directly from hurricane Ian and my home had cat3 storm surge. Very gross and nasty fecal waste water. I was told that the insurance I got was no good and my food is fine. Sorry, nothing they can do. Such a lousy and unpatriotic resolution. Do not buy thinking you have insurance if things go wrong. You'll get the I'm so sorry my management said your food is fine🤦🏻‍♂️

Save your money, the food is not edible I tried the Stroganoff which even a day later is still lingers disgustingly in my mouth after numerous brushings. The Banana Chips are thick and tough and could break your teeth and just pulpy when finally chewed, YUCK! I was disappointed to see 2 of the 4 tubs were just full of rice, though I am now happy as at least that should be edible. This Company should be ashamed of itself!

I placed order order in March of 2020. At that time they charged me for my purchase. Which is normal. But, it has been three months later 06-29-20 and I still don't have my order. If they had to wait more than 3 months to process the order, why don't they say they will process my payment when it ships at some future date. Instead, here I am 3 months later (having paid for an order) and I still don't have it! Very frustrated with this company.

Ordered my items on June 1st and thinking I would have gotten them by now which is June 13th and still not in receipt. I'm not reviewing the product because I haven't gotten them as yet, but in reviewing the delivery based on their shipping/return policy. I'm not happy at all. There was no heads up via email that getting the items out to me would be delayed. I'm hoping now that whenever the items get to me I will have no complaints.
