Buyer Beware !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY READ: Ordered $2400.00 from this company (myfoodstorage.com) back in March of 2020. they said it could take up to 3 months for delivery because of COVID, I said ok. I finally received a partial delivery in July, they actually shorted me some product that they said was delivered, I called and received the missing products a week later. I was not sent any of the meat products that I ordered over $400 120 servings of freeze-dried meats. I called in July, no answer, left a message...waited, nothing! no response, so I emailed, no response, I started a chat session on their website, left a phone# and email address, no response. This has gone on for months!! I finally (in October) disputed the charge for the product not received. To add, the food we did receive was gross. I wouldn't trust the quality of this company. I THINK THIS COMPANY IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!! This is the kind of thing that happens when a company is going out of business. ZERO STARS, WORST COMPANY FOR EMERGENCY FOOD SUPPLY.

I ordered a food package with this company my food storage on June 9, 2020 The date today is September 17, 2020 and I have still not received my order. I have been in contact with the company and they said there was a problem getting part of the order. I told them they should not have charged my credit card until the order has shipped! I let them know that I wanted to cancel the order and have not heard back from them. I read the reviews and see that it has been difficult for others to get refunds, and suggests contacting your credit card company to dispute the charge. I just let me credit card company know this. I sent them all documentation and they said it could take up to 90 days to resolve. Shame on this company! I would NOT recommend using them. I would not even give them the one star that this site forces you to give, in order to submit.

Approximately five months ago I purchased $435.00 in long term food items from My FoodStorage. Unfortunately most of us were not prepared for the impact the pandemic would have on all of us. I placed my order and was told two weeks after the scheduled arrival date that due to the pandemic some ingredients contained in the items I ordered were not available at this time, however they would be available within- 2 weeks 4 weeks 6 weeks - it went on... Today, nearly five months later I have received nothing but excuses, false promises and worst of all NO RESPONSE to my request for a refund. At one point I received an email telling me my refund was being processed and NOTHING! I am now working with a state agency to obtain a refund of my $438.00 order. DO NOT ORDER, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately it doesn’t have to be this way, I purchased those items in good faith and I expected the same.

I placed two orders within a couple of days of each other around May 14th. June 7th, I emailed the website to get an update and possibly a refund. Adam T, a customer service rep told me that due to the Corona virus, it was taking a bit longer to get an accurate estimation of time for shipping but that I would receive a notification in a week or so. It is now the end of June and I have had no further responses to my messages. It is almost like My Food Storage has just disappeared from the earth. Edit, July 2, 2020: I just got an email that I will be receiving a refund within 5 days or so. If you are like me and want to try and get a hold of someone, send message via email to the support. It took a bit, but I did eventually get a hold of someone. I think these guys have had a rough time with this year starting the way it did and hopefully they will get back on track. I will edit this review when I get my refund on the promised time.

I've purchase from them a couple of years ago and they delivered on-time and you could get a hold of customer service. The last year things have changed dramatically. Once an order is placed you are left under the assumption that the items are in stock, only to find months after the order was placed that this is not the case. Phone calls? Forget about it... they never answer. Emails, when they feel like it. My last order was in May of 2020... it's December 17th 2020 and still not fulfilled!!!

Yeah, me too. $1,496 down the drain. They have lied to me a dozen times about why my order never came: only shipping vegetables because of Covid, but I only ordered vegetables, which never came. They said twice they’d refund my money; nothing showed up in my bank account. They even said they shipped my order, which never arrived. This is such a scam

If you placed an order and have not received your merchandise.... Don't bother contacting them for a refund, just call your bank or credit card and place a dispute for the charged and merchandise never received. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I placed the order. You are better off ordering the items from Amazon. Don't keep waiting for the items if they have meat ingredients..... Just place a dispute with the credit card company and you will get your money back.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I agree with every negative review written here . I'm still waiting for a return merchandise label for unwanted items shipped to me July 7. It is now July 24. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT AN ULCER!!! They never communicate in a timely way, and leave you hanging. If I had not called my credit card company to intervene, I would have still been waiting for a $290 refund. Buy your food elsewhere, or suffer the consequences. This company needs to be put out of business!

Ordered during corona virus. They were advising 4 to 6wk delivery. It was 9 wks before I received a partial delivery. Now 6-3 and I have been Trying to call and chat for three days and they do not return calls or chats. Left them my email and no response. BEWARE I BELIEVE THEY ARE NO LONGER AROUND OR JUST VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS. IF YOU USE THEIR CHAT AND SEE JUDY, THAT WILL NOT GET ANSWERED.. POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS LIKE NOBODY THERE

Incorrect product info. Their freeze dried fruits is described as 8 pounds. In reality it is less than 4 pounds. I called but they won't answer and they aren't replying to my messages. They charged me immediately but took 8 weeks to ship my order.

I ordered on March 23, 2020 my payment cleared my bank on March 25, 2000. I called after 3 weeks and was told it’ll be arriving shortly. I’ve called and emailed and never get a response. It’s been 3 months and I’ve not heard a thing from this company. They might be out of business. I want my order or my money NOW.
