We called SPR about 3 weeks ago to upgrade our M-Power box so we could pay the bill online instead of having to go to the store kiosk each time. The custom service person told us we would have to wait till the end of the year to get the new device that would allow this feature, since they started the upgrade on the west valley and would be working their way toward the east valley. So we asked if we could get it sooner. They said they could jump us ahead in line and someone would be out in 3 weeks time. The very next day, the man came to my door and switched out my box for the latest one that would make it so I could pay online. I was very impressed with their speediness and surprised at how quickly they made it happen. It took another week to get the payment system switched on my account and now we are making payments online directly through our credit/debit card instead of having to drive to the store each time. Thanks SRP for saving us driving time. Saving gas now too. Hallelujah!

I have Been an SRP customer for six years and I have no complaints. Their customer service is exceptional and even through hard times they are always ready to help. The few time power has been cut they were quick to repair it and get the power going ASAP. Plus they are willing to help your family find the best rate plan that would benefit you the most.

I have had SRP for the last two years, and they offer a pretty convenient feature called the M power box. You’re able to load money onto a card, and pay for your energy incrementally. This helps if you have to split with a roommate.

We have been an SRP customer for the past 20+ years. I feel that this company does a great job in holding down the price of energy to make affordable for all their customers. One of the great ideas that they promote is the time of day usage. of energy. Actually multiple plans in this area. This allows you during the summer to really cut your energy bills by simply not using energy at the peak times of the day. The bills they send. to the. home are easy to read and understand. Overall I have. a very favorable opinion about this company

They have provided service to our house now for 18 years. We have never had a power outage. Their rates are a little high. They have several programs you can go on, but it is hard to differentiate which is best for us.

Is a good company, but I don't understand why they don't let solar on residence homes feed back to the grid. I know it s about money but if it is efficient and better for everyone, even though you don't make a lot of money off of it, you should still let homeowners use it so we can save money too.
