I signed on to this company and they are helping me to settle 5 credit card debts. Their fees are outrageous, but they kept the collectors from bugging me which made it worth it. They paid off 4 of my credit cards with no problem. For the final credit card I have, I agreed to a settlement amount and have enough in my accout to pay off. Now all of a sudden they are saying the settlement amount I agreed to is less than what I owe. They are charging me more fees as they slowly make payments on the account and said they can't pay the full amount unless I send them an additional $107. Funny I didn't have this issue until my final debt. If I knew then what I know now, I would have used a different company to get me out of credit card debt.
