The staff are very helpful, they listen to you and understand. Its very daunting owning up to having a debt problem but they didn't make me feel ashamed and were quick to offer me sensible options to the problem. The only thing that you have to be prepared for is knowing you can't stop the calls/emails/letters from your creditors but you can minimise the impact by diverting all phones to one cell and basically ignoring all calls to any number you don't recognise or that also does not have a caller ID. Aslo realise it won't all be cleared in one go and make sure you understand what you are being offered. On the whole a good experience and understanding that you also need to ask questions on the support you are going to get.

I was very apprehensive before I put my trust and financial hardship in Freedom Debt Relief..The agent who interviewed me was so thorough and patient. She explained everything to me and my wife several times before we were satisfied F.D.R. is a honest debt resolver.We had two debts totaling $32,000.The $20,000 debt was satisfied for $9,800 in less time than anticipated. F.D.R. is now aggressively negotiating a settlement on the $12,000 debt. We highly recommend F.D.R. to anyone who is serious about getting out of debt.

This seems to be working fine - the only regret that I have is that a few of the accounts I have left are either bringing down my credit amount and/or they are suspending my account so that I cannot use it until the debts are paid on the accounts that are in the program. It's very embarrassing when you go to use a card that you think you can and they tell you that you don't have any credit on it; or you get a letter in the mail telling you that your account has been reviewed and because of delinquent payments, your credit limit has come down - this was not happening before the program. It's a good thing to get your credit back on track, but it's also embarrassing when you think you have something...and you don't.

Have only been in the program for a few months but so far the service has been exactly as advertised. The customer service is exceptional and despite the gent I originally signed up with (Marii Kroutilin) not really being part of the customer service portion of the company, he made his number available to me and has always responded quickly with whatever info i needed. The customer service reps at Client Services are equally interested in resolving any issues. I am very pleased thus far and since I've already had some of my debt resolved, am looking forward to even more positive results. Wish I had started sooner.

It's been quite an experience with this debt consolidation process. I've never went through this before in my life. I always check out a company by using the BBB first. This company does have an "A" rating with the BBB which means this is a reputable company to use. It has been difficult trying to explain that one creditor changed from Discover to Master Card. It still shows Discover in the statement and "Home" page with the wrong credit card number. I do believe they have it correctly but just not changed in their on line system. Being disabled and on a low monthly income, it is very hard to save up the required amount they take each month. But, if this is the way it has to be - so be it. Thank you for your service in helping me get closer to being debt free. Just to note: one company that has been paid off just sent me a notice to reopen another credit card with their company. WOW, how they want those fees!

I worked with freedom debt relief in a time when I was not so financially responsible. They were able to consolidate my debt, and work with me to find a payment that worked for me. I never felt pressured or hounded, and to be honest I was very nervous before I reached out to them. I did a lot of research when it came to finding the right company for me, and I found that they were very well rated and considered to be top 5 to 10 consolidation companies in the country. I figured if they were rated so high, there is a reason for it, and I came to found out there is - their customer service and their ability to work with you. I guess since they’re such a big company, they have some more leeway compared to smaller companies.
