I was told if I would put additional monies in, that it would pay off my accounts faster. I put in $10,000 and it sat there for a year and was never used. Was also told my credit score would go up after six months and it hasn’t.

I still have issues with enrollment. The enrolled debt is determent in the 24% fees for each settlement. Then there are additional fees associated with the dedicated account, where funds are deposited for payment of settlements. The 24% fee of the enrolled debt is deducted and fees for the account set up, monthly fee snd check payment fee.

It is a very difficult time to go through and it would be helpful to have a bit more support. There is no way to score the operation at this point.

The one positive I will say about the program is that they make it easy to add or remove accounts to your dedicated account. Now for the reason I gave them only 2 stars: My total enrolled debt - $46,651.00 The total amount that I will have deposited at program graduation - $42,018.57 This equates to a debt savings equal to $4,632.43 (less than 10%). I recommend you discuss with them the fee % that they are going to take before joining the program.
