In a society of uncertainty, Freedom Debt Relief personnel strive to assuage their clients anxieties throughout the entire process. I assigned four accounts for them to manage and within the first 8 months, they negotiated a settlement with one of these creditors. They do what they say they will do. Had a lot of debt and they went above and beyond to help me through the process to get it reduced and into one easy payment.cat Parker was wonderful and kind and caring when I spoke with her. I'm going thru divorce and things will be tight and zi may not be able to make a payment and she said that was okay since they want me to pay rent and eat first. Hopefully I won't have to miss a payment but cat made me realize that something's are more important and that they would work with me anytime I needed help.

Overall I'm very appreciative of the service I received. I called another debt relief company yesterday and they didn't seem like they really wanted to assist me with certain bills and in the ones that they did they were almost adamant that it had to be certain bills that they will work with and that's just not possible sometimes. I had more than $20,000 in debt and I checked through BBB and Consumer Affairs to find a legitimate company who would assist me with paying off my debt. I know that some reviews were negative, but Freedom Debt followed through with my debt collection. Less than a year they were able to settle most of my credit cards. My wife and I are very impressed with the overall experience that we have had so far. Customer Service has been a great help in their talking with me when I call them to tell them about a letter or phone call I have received from creditors or collection agencies. They continue to reassure us that these are the tactics they use to try to get us to call them. FDR has called me a couple of times to just chat with me to make sure I am okay with the progress thus far and to answer any questions that I might have. We would recommend FDR to anyone who is looking for this kind of help.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service I have received from FDR. I was told it would be at least four months before anything would "happen", but I got my first settlement offer within the first month! A second followed shortly after. The fees charged are well worth it in my opinion. I don't have to do anything - just keep the affordable payments going and sit back while FDR does the work. I have a long way to go, but I have confidence that I will be debt free in the time estimated.

I'm almost done with my debt relief program and this was the best thing I could of done. I was over $30,000 in debt and I didn't want to file bankruptcy because these where my bills and I needed to pay for them, but not the high interest.
FDR has been easy to work with for the past 3 years and I still have another year to go. They answer all my question each an very time, fax me the forms or email the forms that I need to sign. I never have received a phone call from a creditor.

This is an amazing program for anyone suffering from anxiety due to their credit card bills. It does take some patience because they are negotiating with companies, but when you see the settlements start happening, you start feeling the sense of relief. The staff are very helpful, they listen to you and understand. Its very daunting owning up to having a debt problem but they didn't make me feel ashamed and were quick to offer me sensible options to the problem. The only thing that you have to be prepared for is knowing you can't stop the calls/emails/letters from your creditors but you can minimise the impact by diverting all phones to one cell and basically ignoring all calls to any number you don't recognise or that also does not have a caller ID. Aslo realise it won't all be cleared in one go and make sure you understand what you are being offered. On the whole a good experience and understanding that you also need to ask questions on the support you are going to get.

I was very apprehensive before I put my trust and financial hardship in Freedom Debt Relief..The agent who interviewed me was so thorough and patient. She explained everything to me and my wife several times before we were satisfied F.D.R. is a honest debt resolver.We had two debts totaling $32,000.The $20,000 debt was satisfied for $9,800 in less time than anticipated. F.D.R. is now aggressively negotiating a settlement on the $12,000 debt. We highly recommend F.D.R. to anyone who is serious about getting out of debt.

This seems to be working fine - the only regret that I have is that a few of the accounts I have left are either bringing down my credit amount and/or they are suspending my account so that I cannot use it until the debts are paid on the accounts that are in the program. It's very embarrassing when you go to use a card that you think you can and they tell you that you don't have any credit on it; or you get a letter in the mail telling you that your account has been reviewed and because of delinquent payments, your credit limit has come down - this was not happening before the program. It's a good thing to get your credit back on track, but it's also embarrassing when you think you have something...and you don't.

Have only been in the program for a few months but so far the service has been exactly as advertised. The customer service is exceptional and despite the gent I originally signed up with (Marii Kroutilin) not really being part of the customer service portion of the company, he made his number available to me and has always responded quickly with whatever info i needed. The customer service reps at Client Services are equally interested in resolving any issues. I am very pleased thus far and since I've already had some of my debt resolved, am looking forward to even more positive results. Wish I had started sooner.

It's been quite an experience with this debt consolidation process. I've never went through this before in my life. I always check out a company by using the BBB first. This company does have an "A" rating with the BBB which means this is a reputable company to use. It has been difficult trying to explain that one creditor changed from Discover to Master Card. It still shows Discover in the statement and "Home" page with the wrong credit card number. I do believe they have it correctly but just not changed in their on line system. Being disabled and on a low monthly income, it is very hard to save up the required amount they take each month. But, if this is the way it has to be - so be it. Thank you for your service in helping me get closer to being debt free.
Just to note: one company that has been paid off just sent me a notice to reopen another credit card with their company. WOW, how they want those fees!

Do NOT make the same mistake I did.
The process is extremely slow.
While you wait, late payments hit your credit report.
I started with no late payments—now my credit is worse than ever.
The damage is long-term and not easy to reverse.
What I thought was help has only left me worse off. I wish I had researched more before signing up.
