When I called the representative was very understanding and offered solutions instead of trying to "sell" me the FDR service. After asking a few questions, and explaining to me how FDR can help me, I found myself breathing easier after I signed up. My debts are being paid off. You will find no better service. FDR representatives are very helpful and take great pains to explain every step. I felt very comfortable from the start. I am happy with Freedom Debt Relief and wish I signed up sooner.

I was struggling from pay check to pay check trying to pay my debt off until I was referred to the Freedom debt relief program by a lawyer who gave me advice on not to go bankrupt because it will effect my credit for many years. I am so happy I found Freedom debt Relief, I never once worried, I had calls but I told them I am going to pay, but I said you need to make a deal with FREEDOM Debt Relief. They said they’d take me to court, I told them Freedom Debt relief has their lawyers and please talk to them. They never called again. Didn't want to claim bankruptcy so chose this way instead. The FDR has been good and expect they will get better over the next four years. They already have started a settlement with one of my creditors and it's only been 2 months. They work fast and look forward to cleating up the rest off my debts over the next 4 years. So for I am very please with Freedom Debt Relief. They have provided great service. If I need a answer they are always available and gives valuable information. So far I am happy with freedom debt. They send you information about your debt, how much it will take you to pay it off. They know the law about debt. They also have you change your address and phone number so the credit cards or what ever is not bothering you so they can negotiate the amount you owe. You also pay for an attorney to protect your rights.

The agent that signed us up answered all our questions. She also reinforced the fact that we were making the correct decision. She explained that we had resources and that we didn't need to do this by ourselves. Provided us with a phone number for Customer Service so we could call when we needed an answer. We were provided with numbers to give our creditors when they call. It has been an empowering experience.

Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly, courtesy and knowledgeable. When I called for assistance they were right on top of things and had things going almost immediately. Freedom Debt Relief was negotiating with one of my creditors. All of a sudden I received a court summons to appear in court. This made me very nervous. I contacted Freedom and they reassured me and placed me in touch with the law department that I joined when I agreed to allow Freedom Debt Relief to negotiate my debts. My debt was settled saving me over $1000 and I didn’t have to appear in court. Outstanding performance Freedom Debt Relief.

A few things needed to occur before I reached out. 1- coming to the realization that I could no longer support my debts & that I was extremely overextended. 2- willing to destroy my credit that I had built since the age of 18 (I never had a late payment in my life) 3- had the support of a company like Freedom to get me thru the next steps. So far Freedom has made this experience almost pleasant- which is bizarre. The constant staying in touch and being updated, the helpful emails and especially the speed in which my first settlement occurred was amazing.

Freedom Debt Relief does what it says. It manages your debt so that you can become debt free. I have been with them 5 months and 1/3 of my debt has a resolution agreement. And, my monthly payments into my "debt resolution bank" are almost $500 less than my monthly payments. The dashboard keeps me up to date as to where the process is. All in all I wish I had found them earlier.

I felt that the first person, Alyssa, to help me was polite and helpful. She went over all the information and also sent me emails with this same information so that I had references. The Welcome call person was also very friendly, however I didn't find it helpful since all this information was already said to me with Alyssa. I felt that the welcome call was forced on me and the agent I talked to in between Alyssa and The Welcome call was rude and refused to listen to me or my voicemails. He, Michael, was the worst part of my experience. Overall, I am still in the beginning of the program so I hope things will continue to meet expectations.

All the levels of service, from my initial interview, the person that enrolled me, the debt relief accounting team, to the legal team, have all made me feel as though they collectively have my back until the end. I all to well, do know the process, and it is very far from an elegant journey from start to finish. However, I do know that I will one day reach the end, and I do know that when I do, I will want to thank each department that carried me from start to finish. ADR is a good company with a tough job. They do assure you through the process.

One day, I got an email from Freedom Debt relief outlining their program. I talked with their people, checked it out with others and decided it was a "go". In just a few months there has been great progress. The work isn't all done, but things are moving forward. I am feeling better because a solution is in place.

I like that they did exactly what they said they were going to do. We owe over 27000 dollars and they have gotten us mostly over 50% of that gone. We are making payments twice a month until we get them all paid. It will take a while but they were honest with us and I would recommend this program to anyone that is over there heads! Call them it’s the best decision I ever made!

I know I'm anxious to complete my debt and it is a lot. It just seems slow to me but I will be vigilant and try not to rush you. I appreciate everything you are helping me with and you are doing a good job. One thing that happened months ago was I was offered a loan,sent the paperwork and was told by phone message I was not eligible and I would receive a letter. The person sending the message was rude and I never received a letter.

I was giving an expected pay off date if I continued to pay the amount set up every month. This was based on what they expected to get the cancellation of debt negotiations percentage set at. I didn't miss any payments. Freedom Debt Relief was able to get the predicted range for the negotiations. I will have my debts paid off a couple of months early. I could not have been able to get these debts paid off without this program.

upon submitting my info to freedom debt relief everyone i have spoken with has been very nice kind and knowledgeable.i have some things that i need to get to fdr however i am having a difficult finding the acct numbers you have requested but i am still looking. i know my monthly payment is due to come out og my bank on the 15th of this month and will be so happy when this can get started where i can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Once we submitted all our information about our bills, and there was a lot of information, FDR basically took over and ran the show. We've been in for two years now and FDR is still negotiating, and succeeding in, getting settlements in our favor and all we need to do is keep depositing into our FDR account. Would highly recommend if you're overwhelmed with debt like we were.

Everything has gone smothly, except we had a breif time when we were sued in court and had a hard time getting some answers from NLLG. But, a few days later we had a settlement that NLLG got for us to end the suit. Now that we are down to just one more debit, we are looking forward to it closing as well as the others. Just did not like being sued in court.
