I enrolled with freedom deb relief to reduce my bills. They just negotiated the first to almost half of what I owed. The program is great, they do all the work. When they have reached an agreement you are contacted by the method you chose and approve or disapprove the agreement. It’s a great program and if you be patient and let do there process you get results.

At first, I was hesitant because the thought of ruining my credit was scary, but, I was already doing that. I was late on payments and couldn't afford even minimum payments on all the debt I had gotten myself into.
So, here I am making great progress and feeling good about the decisions I have made. I have 3 accounts pd off, only 3 payments left on 2 other accounts, and I just started my last account, so the end is in site! My credit has been slowly but surely making its way back up, so I'm getting there!
Customer service has always been very helpful and respectful!

Due to a serious illness, I was unable to work full time and struggling with keeping up with my credit card debt..I called Freedom Debt Relief, explained my situation to a very ki d representative and I can now sleep at night knowing I will be able to pay down my debt totally by 2020....I no longer use credit cards, broke that habit and it has my life less stressful.

I am so happy with the Freedom Debt Relief program. This has helped me with paying off debt due to unfortunate circumstances beyond my control. They were there when I received a summons from one of my creditors and took care of the situation through their legal team and prevented any liens being filed against me and included a negotiation with that creditor so that my debt was reduced and in a payment plan. FDR's representatives really do care about me and that has been evident from the beginning.

I could not have paid off these debts as well as Freedom debt relief has done for me. I did not receive harassing phone calls while in this program. This has helped me keep on track with all my bills. I look forward to finishing this program soon as my health has taken quite a nosedive. My experience with Freedom debt is a great one. I wasn't sure whether to persue a debt consolidation company at first. I decided to respond to an email from Freedom debt and other debt consolidation companies. Freedom debt and the rest sold me on the idea of getting back on track, but Freedom debt was the only one who didn't pressure me to go with their company, which was a plus. I'm so happy I choose Freedom debt because not only they recommend to their sister company, who by the way help me fast track my program but my credit is on the rise.

When my wife and I decided we had to do something about our debt we found FDR. It was stressful for us at the start to see if all the promises FDR made would come true. All the promises came true and then some. This process has been so seamless for us and FDR did a GREAT job of leading us step by step. They are such a compassionate and creditable company they are 200 percent professional in there line of work. I could have not done this without there help. Before I invested in Freedom Debt Relief I had to talk to someone in person to see how reputable Feeedom was so I personally drove four hours to there San Diego office and made a personnel appearance directly for my peace of mind. I have had peace of mind since I signed on with Freedom Debt Relief. My phone stopped ringing as soon as I told my creditors that I was in debt relief. I received a right to cure letter and collection notices. All I had to do was call FDR and the representative took the information and I emailed the notices to her. I have not received any new notices since. Customer service reps are great.

What else can I say except that Freedom Debt Relief has been there with me the whole way so far. I'm just under 1 year into the program and I already have one of the debts paid off, 4 others with settlements in progress and a few more pending negotiations, but soon to have settlements lined up I'm sure. What can I say about FDR? RELIEF!!! I was managing my debt, but just barely. Sometimes I had to forgo groceries to make the payments. I am very happy that I turned to Freedom Debt Relief to lower my debt problem. After being accepted and making deposits into my dedicated account FDR went to work negotiating with my creditors and getting settlements that I thought were right and I agreed with. As they said in the beginning they do not charge you until they have completed a settlement. I think they did very well and I would, and have, recommended them to other people.

It was the most nerve wracking in the beginning and I didn't know if this was the answer for my current debt. This organization has been beneficial to reduce my debt with consolidation with several Credit Card Accounts. To target reducing the debts with each Creditor, I appreciate that fact that interest has been reduced. The settlements have been accepted for past and current debts being paid off. Terrified at first from making minimum credit card payments to no payments and getting all the phone calls from the creditors, loan companies and other debt repair companies. Finally when I saw the first negotiated debt resolved with a smaller balance and paid off in four years, I started feeling more at ease . I am early into my experience with Freedom Debt Relief which is the reasoning for 4 out of 5 stars. The way things have gone for my situation and experience with my case worker thus far, I fully expect this to change to 5 stars.
