Since the beginning of this service, every staff member has been exceptionally helpful, very courteous and patient with me. In the beginning, I called a lot with tons of questions and everyone acted as they knew me for a very long time. They answered all of my questions without showing any annoyance with me. Great program. As is normal I entered the program with lots of doubts in my mind. This was a huge decision for me. A couple of months after I started the program the settlements started to happen and I was starting to feel the relief of getting my debts under control. I was happy with the decision to join the program. There still work to do, but it was a great decision.

FDR is just that. In no time I will be credit card debt free. I have learned my lesson since I called FDR to help me to finally learn that I don't need credit cards. What a relief that is. I have my life back, and I didn't have to take bankruptcy or consolidate.

While I am mostly pleased with the service from Freedom, we are at the end of the program and have had to actively inform them of the amount sitting in our fund vs. what is owed. I think it would vastly improve the program if, for people in our situation, they had representatives monitoring these accounts to help them get to "graduation" more quickly and easily. In our case, we have several thousand MORE in our account than what is owed, and the projected graduation date is still a year away. While we are working with them, and they with us, this additional representation would be a great boost - and would have made our rating 5 stars.

My experience with FDR has been amazing! I was tired of paying my monthly bills, but not getting anywhere. I had recently had a baby and had some complications and bills started to pile up. I was never behind on a payment, but it seemed like my balances weren’t going down. I was skeptical at first, but FDR explained the process very well and always communicated with me. The negotiations have been great and I am on a fast track plan to pay off all of my debt. I couldn’t have asked for a better program. I feel like a weight has been lifted off of me.

I've been in the program for a little over a year and this month to very large creditors will be paid in full and you have started making payments with another smaller creditor and saved me from going to court for another creditor and set up payments but you will be paid off in one year. Excellent!! This program is not for the weak of heart and you must stay the course if possible and I just hope that we can continue to stay the course.

Over the past 2 years FDR has been amazing for me and my family. I got into trouble with CC's and did not know how to tackle it. Since the beginning, the y have been there for me,settled debt I thought I would be paying on for many years. With their help and my determination we have knocked the debt down and will be graduating from the program almost 18 months early.

I signed up two year's ago and I have had a great experience so far. They help every steps of the way to get the collection calls to stop with the letter's they provided. Very happy with Freedom Debt, been a customer for the last 3 years and they have paid off approximately 8 debts and have 4 in progress. It has been a long road but I do see a light at the end of this tunnel. Happy my husband and I made the decision to go with Freedom Debt because we had tried another institute and paid dearly with the consequences when they did not pay one single debt and we had to go to court on may of them, and pay up over a period of 5 years.

Since I've been with freedom debt relief they've negotiated several of my accounts months sooner than I anticipated. They regularly provide me updates through text which I ask for what you're always informative. I was scared & hesitant to start, but each representative I spoke to walked me thru the process every step of the way. I am nearing completion and it is a great relief to get creditors off my back. My debt was large and I knew I couldn't do it on my own without some assistance. You do have to stick to your monthly payment agreement in order to resolve the debt, so make sure your able to agree to the amount. I have on occasion called Client Services to cancel the payment for the month, if possible they will let you do that. But keep in mind it will be 1 month longer to completion.

We were in debt over 100 k and due m to my husband losing his job in 2016 and unable to get another job in the same profession. We were falling further and further behind on being able to pay all our bills. I was introduced to Freedom and can finally see the light of day. Simply turning over the contact information for debt collectors to call or email from me to FDR was relief enough. But then, following their instructions, and waiting patiently, word of negotiated settlements came in via text and email for me to review and approve. Approval couldn't be simpler to do. FDR has been a true performer on my behalf, which I can now say is also well tried, having settled, and paid off or paying off on four accounts and awaiting negotiation on three more.

I received a letter from one of my creditors demanding payment. I called FDR and the lady that helped me took down all of my information about the letter and eased my mind . I also asked her how my case was going with another creditor and she said they were waiting for my account to build up so they could offer a settlement. I don't know what I would do without FDR. My rep gave me the most straight forward answers and I really like knowing the NLLG (national litigation law group) is there and will fight for me. Although it's a slow process and I need to be patient, there has been a lot of progress to bring down the debt I had accumulated. I could not have done it on my own. I hold my breath and hope I can keep up with the monthy amount to pay towards removing the debt. My credit has suffered and there is one credit card constantly reporting negatively to the credit report companies. But all the other credit cards have gone along with Freedom's plan.

Wow, my first settlement came only 4 months after I enrolled in Freedom Debt Relief program. I saved a bundle of money with that first settlement and can wait to continue getting more settlements. The first time I called they were very friendly and informative and gave me a lot of information. Everything was easy to understand and if I have any questions I’m able to call Customer Support or I can find the answer online.

We were over $60000 in debt and we didn’t know which way to turn or how we were going to manage it. I had always had a excellent credit and paid my bills ahead of time never late, so it was hard to think that I wasn’t going to be able to continue to do that, but with the move to a triple the cost of everything area and my husband not being hired, as we thought he would be, and if that wasn’t enough my husband had a heart attack, it was just too much. Freedom Debt Relief was a God send. The service is wonderful! We are working our way out of debt and it feels great!

I have been with Freedom Debt relief since January 2019. The lady who got me approved was very nice and helpful. Every time I have called freedom Debt Relief I have never been on hold. The people who I have talked to was very helpful and nice. Freedom Debt Relief has changed for the best, I was in debt so much, once they got me approved they are saving me around $331 a month.

We are nearing the completion of our FDR program. It has been a lifesaver for us. Knowing that all of our debts are paid, and that we are free from that burden has been amazing. If you're in over your head, they will work with YOU, to find the best plan and solution. The stress level for us has gone from a 10 to non existent. I would recommend FDR To anyone needing to clean up their credit lives. Great customer service, when you call you will feel the compassion and NO judgement. They are just there to help.

Freedom Debt Relief has great customer service. You can call there toll free number and staff answers all your questions in a timely and prompt manner. If the customer service person does not know the answer to your question they consult with senior staff like a supervisor or manager to ensure you receive the correct information. I would say in terms of resolving my debts they're doing a decent job although at times it seems like a slower process then I expected. But I can't say that it is Freedom Debt Relief that is responsible for certain. I am only able to usually make the min payments. The way the program normally works is the more money you're able to deposit the more it accelerates paying off your debts. Make more than the minimum payments if you can is what I am saying.

I initially applied for a loan with an associated company to pay off my bills but they could not loan me any money. they then suggested that I talk with Freedom Debt Relief which I did and they explained their program which was the answer to my problem. I have been in the program for 8 months and they have made settlements on 4 of my 6 debt problems for approximately 50% of the outstanding balances. They expect to settle the other debts soon, which will enable me to be debt free many years sooner than I would have been without their help plus for much less money.

This has been the best experience I have ever had resolving debt. Hopefully, in another month I will reach my "graduation date". Every time I have ever called, the person I speak with is always willing to help answer whatever questions I may have. They are very thorough with their explanations and never make you feel you are taking too much time. They are extremely courteous and compassionate and never make you feel awkward because of the debt you incurred.

I am now in my 12th month with FDR. Over the year the times I had questions I always found an answer from those who answer the phone. Every time it was necessary it has been to my advantage to contact Freedom for a change in the schedule they were able to do so and keep informed of the progress. I have been able, with their help, to schedule my payments to correspond to my income/out go to level up at the best time. I thank them for the opportunity to take charge and at the same time to be encouraged to be independent.

And I have had my first settlement 😌 I am building up funds for the next one. Mistakes made as we began our married life almost crippled us 20 years later. We were on the verge of bankruptcy and contacted FDR for information. I was extremely cautious initially signing up. I was in such a horrible place, financially, which leaks over into every other piece of life. I took a leap of faith and have been so happy that I did! Everyone at FDR has been so helpful, and never once have I felt judged for the debt I had let myself get into. One of the reps actually told me he had been enrolled also- these are real people who have 1 goal in mind- get you out of debt! I have been in the program 8 months and just received my first settlement of three. It is totally scary to simply sit and wait. Making the payments each month and wondering what is going on. I know this was totally the route to go. The big thing that has been the frustrating part is the waiting and then about a month and half ago I received a call from a sister group of Freedom debt relief about a consolidation loan. Long story short-that was not for me. However that was the first time since I started that I actually had a moment where I felt judged for my position. Patience is tough but it is slowly working out. I wish there was a bit more communication about what is going on. I actually knew about my settlement before they reached out as the bank sent me a letter. Then I was like...so when did I approve this or even get told. It was 2 weeks later they sent me the do you approve this settlement which I did immediately approve but again I am still just confused as it seemed very backwards. I have seen from my dashboard one of my accounts go in and out of negotiations but if I wasn’t active I could have missed that.

I was originally skeptical that this could help me out with my financial situation, but I investigated and felt that they were a match. Since then, I stayed with the program, allowed them to negotiate my debt down, and find myself dropping from 10 maxed credit cards down to 3, and down to none in the next year. It helped us get back on track, was easy to follow, and turned out even better than I had expected. If you're in debt and you need some help, don't delay. Call FDR and start to get your life back.

My experience with Freedom debt relief has been far most satisfying. The most helpful is when you call them and they break it down how everything is broken from debtors and fees. I like that when your dedicated account is high enough they can work with creditors to get you settled. I am very glad I only have 1 more to be settled and by 2021 I will be debt free. I seriously couldn’t have taken care of my debt without the help and guidance of Freedom. I enrolled with 9 debts. As of today I have settled 5 of those accounts. 4 more to go, and I am hoping to take care of those before my graduation date. Freedom gave me the peace of mind that I needed. They answered all my questions, and my monthly payment to them is much less that I was paying on just one of my Credit Cards a month.
