We are very pleased at how much we have saved and that all the staff at Freedom Debt is very kind and they answer all our questions. We are glad that we are working with Freedom Debt and since we have been on time with all of our payments we were qualified to enroll in the Consolidation Plus program to pay off our debts faster. Once we are done with Freedom Debt, we will start paying off Consolidation Plus which they take what is left in our freedom debt deposit account. When I called Freedom Debt Relief a couple of years ago I was in tears. The woman on the other end of the phone could not be more compassionate. Then I watched as my monthly payments went in and negotiations quickly settled a high amount of debt. Not just credit cards but hospital bills as well.
If you are in trouble and don't know what you're going to do. This is a much better answer than bankruptcy. Everytime I call they answer, always friendly and always knowledgeable. I recommend Fredom Debt Relief very strongly.

It took much longer than what I was expecting, been very good w/ my monthly payments & even almost done but still have 3-Accounts unresolved out of 8 accnts. (I know they're still working on it & doing their best). I have to regularly calling them reg. the updates of my accnts. But overall 4 me they still did a great job & been a big help w/ my CC debts. Hoping that the goal of helping completely & restoring my credit back will be fulfilled & can't wait for it... I was able to settle my first set of debt with freedom debt relief this past week. I will say although the initial calls from credit card companies can be quite daunting, once you get used to it, this whole process is very simple and easy going. Any worry you have, if you give FDR a call, they are very reassuring and was able to put my mind at ease that everything was and will continue to go well and smoothly. Overall good experience.

This is a great program to help get us back on our feet. We had several events and natural disasters that lead us to being deeply in debt and making us to choose what we were going to pay or how much we were able to spend at the grocery store just to buy food for the house. We decided to choose FDR and it has been a seamless process for us. We are making progress and have settled for sometimes half of what we owed.

We have been seeing our debts paid. This is such a relief. I found myself very stressed out when we started to fall behind paying our credit cards. Freedom Debt Relief has made my life so much easier. All the excess interest charges were taken care of with each structured settlement. The credit card companies kept increasing my limit and with the increase came increased interest. I did not realize this until payments out of control. Also, one company drained my checking account for full payment even though not behind in payments. They can do this if on automatic payments.My bank recovered but not without charges to my account.

So I called the representative to discuss my program. All the settlements are either done and in progress and I asked about completion date, as inital date was not what was posted for one account. The representative answered my question and stated that with my current payouts and the calculations, that once a few accounts finished, that they would use my existing payments to pay lump sum amounts and that I should definitely be completed by the initial target date of Dec 18, 2020 if not earlier

FDR has been a God send from the moment I signed up with the program. It was hard at first to see my credit score dip (and i was a little scared) but after my first settlement, it became easier for me. I am excited to now have less debt and to be able to look at my credit score go up. The person I signed up with even called me to congratulate me on getting most of my debt resolved. So far they have been a greta company to work with. They explained everything very thoroughly and so far all has gone according to what they have said. The ONE payment I am making to them is far less than what I had been trying to pay to those I owe money to. Yes there is a cost associated with their service but it is far less than what one would be paying out in interest and a far shorter time frame!

I was skeptical at first with applying my payments to this company but I had to trust them to get out of debt, and I'm so glad I did. At first I didn't see any progress and I couldn't pay my past due bills and that was hard because I was always on time.

Mostly, it's been great. I only have one problem. Recently, I completed payments on the debt of Mariner Finance, although it wasn't that recently; in fact, it was back in November of 2019. As of yesterday, this item shows up on my dashboard as having all the payments made, but the item is listed as in progress. I have even sent the letter from Mariner saying that my debt was paid . All of my other debts that have been paid off have been marked as such on the dashboard immediately. I don't understand why this particular one is taking so long to get finalized. Other than that, I'm very happy with FDR and my experience is a good one.

I was totally overwhelmed and nervous when
I first spoke with the FDR rep. She patiently explained how the program work without any pressure or threats about what could happen. She told me to take a day or so and call her back. I did!!!! One of the best decisions I made recently. Since signing up with this program, I have been able to sleep at night. I definitely suggest taking the additional legal addendum. I am extremely pleased with this program and would advise anyone having debt related problems to contact FDR. My only regret was I didn’t contact them sooner.

FDR has put me on track very fast, I joined November 2018 and my credit rating was worse than zero but now its over 550 for such a short time. No irritating phone calls from creditors and the ease of automatic payments. The only thing I wish was different was that settlements would happen sooner but I understand why that is. Was able to turn over all the bills to FDR and have automatic bank draft payment set up. This was easy to do and they did the work, no hassles from our creditors. Four of the seven have worked out settlements so far. It has been turn it over and let them do the worry/work, as the name implies "Freedom". We are now able to take care of our medical expenses and not go into further debt. Love it.

A great customer service experience. The manner the activities of the company was introduced and explained to me was quite professional. The staff followed up with calls and sent emails to help me navigate the process. I was given full attention each time I called for more clarifications. Customer service is great. I am very relieved that my debt will be cleared within a 3 year period. Prior to Freedom Debt I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel with high interest rates eating up the minimum payments. I am retired and on a fixed income. I didn't want to just ignore my debts. Freedom debt has given me the satisfaction of paying a portion of the debt.

I have had a wonderful experience so far! Two debits have been resolved already it takes away so much stress to let FDR help you. I felt like I was in a mess I would never be out of and now I see progress and its an amazing feeling. The best part is everyone is so wonderful and helpful I don't feel judged for needing the help and they are always patient with any questions I have.

This has been a very easy way to payoff my accumulated credit card balances. With a workable monthly payment, they have worked to settle my debts from 50-75% reduction in the balance owing. At first I could not see any benefit to the process, but in the last couple of weeks FDR has really come thru for me. I thank them for their continued commitment to my accounts and especially for the great customer service. They seem to always have time to answer my questions without any hesitation for the time taken. Again I want to thank them for their support .

The personnel at FDR have always had my back throughout this process. They have been financial struggles to maintain my deposit amounts, but have strived to do this on a regularly scheduled basis, and managing to live on what was left! They are helping me get out of debt faster.What I do not like as well is that if the card settlement comes up and has to have the NLG lawyers work it ,,it cost a lot in fees and I feel like I am losing money that freedom debt relief could use to pay back my debt faster now that Herman and I are now drawing retirement checks and we are now really struggling to make deposit and pay bills .

My freedom from the pressure of my bills have been fantastic. When I started this program, my job had closed down and I went from an income of 2200. hundred a month to 437.00.
