I used them for almost a year and put over 3 thousand dollars into my account. The debt settlements that were settled and paid didn't even total 1000 dollars, so between settlement fees and other monthly charges they got over 2000 thousand dollars from me. Then once I canceled the account they took the remaining money that was in my account and said that i still owed them more. DO WHATEVER YOU MUST DO TO GET AWAY FROM freedom debt relief, RUN, CRAWL, HIDE, JUST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. I learned on my own that the companies that we owe will work with us and make payment plays that we can actually make and keep thwe debt from collections.

All I can say is I have a couple of my creditors being paid at this time. There have been no increase in my beacon score as far as Equifax, Transunion, and Experian. I was expecting by paying down my bills it would effect my credit positively. It has not.

When I first started out, the guy told me to give him all the information, which I did. And they did not give me information and then I found out one of the banks were trying to ask for more money. The promises are not kept. They kept sending me a text or email saying that I've got another outstanding bill but every time I acquired about it or checked the account, they kept playing the cat and mouse game and they're very poor at communicating.

I appreciate the help, although the fees are pretty steep. They talked to the credit card companies, stopped all my accounts, and settled my debts, finishing up with a bi-weekly payment that landed on each payday and was much easier to manage. I probably pay about the total amount of my debt with my actual settlement amount + fees, because the fees are insanely high, in my personal opinion. You can't go back on your deal, though! And they don't really tell you anything about the fees beforehand, that is a personal surprise.
