I wish they would have addressed my biggest dept first. Because then I might have got a reduction in that dept. But I did not and it went to court before any thing was done. And I ended up paying that dept over a period of 4 years, with no reduction.

I thought the process would be less stressful than it still is. I didn't think I would play as much of a role in the process. For example, I sent letters from Discover in and yet now Discover is bringing me in to court and now I have to work with the attorneys to try and resolve, I am concerned others will also bring me in to court

I wish that I had done it sooner. The negotiators are pretty good, they get the debt paid off as quickly as they can. They listen to my concerns and take care of them. I can look at the online dashboard to keep updated.
