When I found FDR I had a lot of debt that was choking me and I was sinking quickly. Then I came across FDR through a google search. I made the call and was presented with a plan unlike any others before. Monthly payments go into the account that they set up for you. As the money starts accumulating FDR is negotiating with the creditors on my behalf. My monthly payment is the same now as when I started and to date FDR has settled 5 of my accounts for a fraction of what was owed. With all of them showing fully satisfied on my credit report. I would strongly recommend that anyone in a situation where your debt is out of control and can not be managed any longer. Give FDR a call, they are not high pressure salespeople but counsellors who will work with you to achieve your goals.

My representative Michelle is the best person to help you through the process of deciding what to do about your debt. She wasn’t judging or closed off. We came up with a plan to help me see the benefits of FDR. She’s available when I have questions and very calming. I’ve dealt with companies that took advantage of my situation. And made me feel lost. FDR is a wonderful opportunity to meet the goals towards debt relief. I thought I would have to file for bankruptcy, but as we went over every account, Michelle helped me to see getting through this without filing bankruptcy was possible. It is a process, it does get a little intimidating in the beginning as collectors begin calling. But she even helped me through that. And FDR legally covers you as they deal with the collection harassment. I’m recommending them to my son and some of my friends. I’m so glad I chose to go with Freedom.

We have been paying off credit card debt for some time, it seemed as though we could never get ahead. Once one card would be paid, some major life event would happen and we would rely on a credit card to resolve the immediate problem, then before you know it, things got away from us, and we were in a "sinking ship of debt". We heard about Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) through a family member who utilized their services and was completely debt free after a short period of time. We enquired and when we spoke to Jane, she put us at ease that we were doing the best thing for our current situation, and she was right! We are currently a third of the way paid off in only a short amount of time. From Day 1 when I spoke to a Representative about what I was in need of help with i was assured they could help me alleviate my debts by following and staying consistent with the program set for me.
I have not been disappointed I'm now at the finale of my debt with Hope's of getting completed very soon. What peace of not having or being bombarded with calls from debt collectors. Freedom Debt Relief is helping me with my debts.
Mr. Bejamin P is really consoling he made me know that there is help from Freedom Debt. My only problem is that in order for me to start my payment as I had agrred I need to stop my payment deduction from my payroll so that I will be able to at least function and not worry that I will still be struggling from pay check to pay check Please I really hope that I will be able to take care of this problem of mine and with Freedom help I trust that Mr. Benjamin P assured that I will be able to get help from Freedom Debt Relief just like my relative received and now my relative is doing great better that before and so that is why I tried to seek help with Freedom Debt Relief.

Freedom Debt Relief has been easy to work with from the first day that I signed up. Once we determined which accounts I would turn over to them and they gave me an amount that I would be responsible for each month the rest has been easy. I provide the payment which they take out each month as an automatic transfer and I don't have to think about any of it. They do all of the negotiations with the creditors and I sit back and wait for a notice that the creditor has accepted the terms and eventually that the account is paid off. This has been totally stress free for me and I recommend it to everyone who has debts that are out of control. If I ever have any questions and I call in, every person I have talked to has been super nice and easy to talk to. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I don't write this review lightly because I can be a highly critical person when it comes to customer service and the way I am treated. Freedom Debt Relief is an excellent company to work with and you won't be disappointed.

I had the occasion to speak to two of your customer service reps. One Sonya and the other was Naomi, I believe. I have never met two people who were calm, efficient, and knowledgeable, unlike the one I got in the chat room. Totally misinformed me and then had the nerve to end the conversation. Because I took to long to answer. I spent three different days speaking with your reps. Those two that I have mentioned, should be commended, and made aware of how they helped me maneuver through the matters of
finance, with understanding patience and from what I could determine caring about how the customer felt and insuring they were satisfied and understood . The first two conversation were about the same thing which I included in the chat, which was useless. The third was about a response to an email,that I did not understand. Please commend those ladies for me, and I hope that are recognized accordingly for their kindness and mostly for giving the correct information along with patience.

The employees have always been extremely helpful. October of 2021, I will be debt free! When paying my credit card payments, it was always double or more what the minimum payment was. Then COVID hit and in 4 months time my income was 2/3 LESS than what it had been 6 months previously. Something had to change in my financial arena. Looked online and found many websites that said they could help consolidate, but that was not what i needed. Reducing the debt was the only way to make finances manageable on the budget that was now reduced to the bare minimums. Freedom Debt Relief was the exact answer I was looking for. Yes, it does havoc with your Credit Score, no getting around it. There was no other alternative for me. FDR has come thru like a knight in armor for me. Settling each debt as best as possible. Stress level has reduced and no matter that i do not have any "happy money" for myself and grandkids, knowing that my debt is being paid is sooo much better than looking at bankruptcy. If you find yourself with stress about your debt, just call and talk with them. They do answer questions, and they are very kind.

Freedom Debt Relief has changed our life
First, it immediately reduced the monthly payments on our credit cards. We are able to live more comfortably because of these savings.
Second, be patient! It takes time to build up the cash available in your Dedicated Account for Freedom Debt Relief to negotiate settlements on your accounts. They are not providing the funds for your debts. YOU still have full responsibly for how quickly you can reach settlements.
Third, the big plus in using Freedom Debt Relief is that you are NOT defaulting on your debts. You are giving them the authorization to work on your behalf to lower your payoff amounts. This give me the personal satisfaction of not feeling like I am walking away from my responsibilities.

Freedom Debt Relief settled 20 accounts for me in just about 3.5 years. Initially, I had to do a lot of work sending letters to creditors, etc., but FDR was right there to answer any questions expediently. The will guide you though the process. I was summoned to court twice over two separate debts and NLLG (National Litigation Law Group) - their legal arm, settled the cases with no court appearances required. They negotiated and paid off over $80,000.00 of debt for me at less than half the amount. The payments into my account were a bit high, as were the fees they charged which were 10% of the amount of the original debt for each account. Additionally, thee is about a $20.00/month.
processing fee, some of which goes to NLLG. They are experts at communicating and make sure that they are talking to you prior to releasing any info. in a phone call. My credit rating is now in the "good" range, heading up to "very good" quickly. Their education coupled with Credit Karma and Lending Tree have set me on the quick path to full credit recovery and improvement. Highly recommended as they do what they say they will with nothing falling through the cracks. They work with you on adjusting withdrawals for your dedicated account if you have a delay in the anticipated deposit of funds into your bank account. They helped me this way 4 times over the course of my enrollment. Again - it worked for me; it should for you too! FDR does good work, but they don't seem to make absolutely clear up-front to clients that your fee to settle each debt is 10% of the original (not the negotiated) amount of the debt. If it is a large debt, these fees can be excessive. For instance, my highest value debt was settled last and the fee you charged me was in excess of $4,000.00. The amount I had to pay into my dedicated account was $706.00 twice a month. Some people's budgets may not be able to easily handle a loss of $1,412.00/per month - especially now that many are laid off or working fewer hours during this current (2020) pandemic.

FDR was a leap of faith to start. We’ve always made timely payments but realized we were drowning in debt with no real solution to resolving our growing debt. I have only been with FDR for about three to four months. Due to the current pandemic, my financial situation has been looking very grim. So far I can say I am feeling rather happy and comfortable with my decision to use FDR. I know, for now, my credit score is impacted by my decision or current situation but in time it will increase as I am working to pay off the debts.
I am happy to know they have already negotiated the payoff for one of my creditors. I am working hard to eliminate my debt as soon as possible and restore my credit and my future.

Well about 3 years ago,I decided to take the leap of faith,and get back into the habit of making this consolidation of my 10 different credit cards. Me paying the bills and not seeing the balance going down was very frustrating!! A friend at my WFG,a financial planner recommended me this company. I was skeptical about using a Debt Relief program; however, due to unforeseen financial hardship, I searched several Debt Relief programs. I wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to help but I had nothing to lose at that point, so I thought even if they save me a little bit of money it’ll be worth it. Yes, there some risks, that will have a negative effect on your credit score, but the way I thought about was my credit score was going to get worse if things didn’t change tremendously, and I would only be making small dents in debt since the interest was taking up most of my regular payment. I would’ve been making these payments for decades by myself. FDR helped settled one account for half the debt already, and I’m currently saving for the last which was also negotiated down to half. Plus the payments I set up now are less than the original payments to both those accounts combined. That reduced financial stress opened up opportunities to save for other things like the recent trip I made to attend training so I could get a way better paying and more fulfilling career. Yeah, overall this has worked out me. It’ll likely work for you to if you commit to changing your situation. Good Luck!

If you are serious about paying back you debt, but need a relief to the amount, this is the way to go. No it is not instant. Yes your credit will take a hit, but it will also if you don't pay your debt onetime or only pay the minimum. We do not use credit anymore, clearly are not responsible. Was nice to have someone get the amount negotiated down, they make the payments and handle all the communication. All I have to do is assure my monthly deposits are going into my dedicated account. I think the worst part is the strategic hold and the time it takes to get through all the debtors. However if you hear what they are saying, they do exactly what they say they will. Don't expect a magic wand or instant fix. You have to do your part.

I started this process in November. I finally recieved my first negotiated settlement last month (march). I am very happy and very excited due to it being one of the bigger accounts. I am amazed how much they did get my settlement down from what it was. I can't wait to see what they can do with the other enrolled debt I have. Beginning this process I was so lost. Living paycheck to paycheck. Not able to buy food due to having so much debt. I would pay some off then have to use the card again to get food. This definitely has helped. I do still live paycheck to paycheck but now I'm able to buy food and other supplies I need without racking up more debt.

The first person I had contact with, Michael P. was amazing. Not once did he ever have a condescending tone with. Having guidance through each of the initial steps was so helpful. I had texted Michael about something and he suggested at that point I needed to call customer service. That call, I spoke with Jeremy in Arizona. After discussing current lockdowns and how working from home isn’t it’s all cracked up to we got the issue for my call. Once again, Jeremy took care of changes I needed to make and explained everything. Without going into great detail; let's just say the hard work and effort I put in over the years to maintain my credit. Only took one uneducated wrong choice. When I did that the domino effect put me in a place that I had to either bury myself or file bankruptcy. Although I was fighting hard. It was not until Freedom Debt Relief came and gave me room to breathe and think and handled or directed the right steps to move forward and managing my responsibilities even if they were caused unintentionally. I tried on my own to pay off all my credit cards for well over a year. I was basically taking one step forward and two steps back. It was frustrating and very embarrassing. Most of all, it held me back financially, because all of money was going towards payments that seemed endless because of all the interest. Freedom Debt Relief changed all of that. They did just what their name says. Freedom Debt relief was the only company I contacted about my debt issues. After carefully weighing out my options, I opted in to the program. My initial contact person walked my through the whole process until I felt comfortable, and gave me his direct line to get in touch with him if I had any issues or questions. He was very friendly and went over all of my options, even options not from FDR, to make sure I understood. Whenever you enter into a program like this, you will take a major hit on your credit. I believe that other companies try to down play this, but he did not hide that fact at all to try and sell me on his product. In fact, I never felt like I was being "sold". Within a few months I had my first settlement, which is already paid off now, and just received my second settlement ( at 50%!), all within 6 months. My total program is about 4 years, and I feel like it was a much better option than bankruptcy. And all of my continued contacts with them have all been nice people, very friendly and helpful on the phone. Everybody's situation is different, and what was best for me may not be what is best for everyone, but when you are dealing with companies such as FDR, you need to trust them. And I trust FDR.

When I first found out about Freedom Debt Relief I was a little apprehensive about the thought of not paying my creditors, however due to unexpected life changes and hardship I wasn't able to make my debt payments anyway. I needed help. FDR gives you a way to pay off your debt and become financially secure. FDR gives you a goal by setting a date which you will become debt free. In the first consultation phone call they told me the truth about what to expect with the program and they were spot on correct with everything. My overall debt has been reduced about 50% and my credit score, although it did go down at first is now almost back where it had started before I even had debt and it keeps going up! I had about 30 thousand dollars in unsecure debt. In little over two years I now owe a little over 10 thousand dollars and I didn't need to declare bankruptcy, lose my home or stop living my life happily. By the way, that little over 10 thousand dollars I owe is no longer owed to my creditors. I owe nothing to my creditors. Since I was able to make my reasonable payments to FDR on time and did so well with it they offered me a way to pay off all my debt and keep paying that same reasonable payment while not having any negative effects to my credit. I can now grow even faster, and will be debt free sooner than I ever would have been without FDR. I am extremely pleased with what Freedom Debt Relief has helped me achieve and I don't know how I would have done it without them. If you ever have any concerns while in the program, just call the support team. A real human will answer your call and courteously help you with your concerns. I cant say enough, please consider freedom debt relief for help in your debt situation.

It took longer that I thought to get my first settlement, but the first settlement came and was very exciting! My remaining debt for the settlement is 40% of the original debt! That is awesome! Then the second settlement came two weeks later, this one not as good but I'm happy to get the settlement and save the money. I called at least once per week and talked to FDR Reps before any settlement just wanting to get encouragement, I felt reassured after each call. I almost gave up a couple times this was in the 7th and 8th months but the Reps told me "You are so close to a settlement don't give up now, it will undo all the work we have done." The Reps were always pleasant to talk to, even though they probably could see my account and the number of times I called in. They were always understanding and nice to me.
Best advice I can give please have patience and trust that they have your best interest at heart and let them do their jobs.

I have been a client with Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) since April 2018. I have to admit I was nervous in the beginning. I thought the credit card companies would ruin my credit and reputation.
The exact opposite occurred and I am grateful that I made the right choice in

I had 11 credit cards with over 50,000 dollars of debt that I was trying to switch payments from one card to the other to make ends meet. When FDR started on settling my debts in October of last year I was able to make my house payment and have a little money leftover. Now FDR has got settlements with 7 of the cards and about half of the debt. Most of the settlement have been in the 50% range or better. I would recommend them to anyone that is willing to sacrifice and work with them. This company is one that is not all talk and does nothing to help you get rid of your debt. I give them A-1 rating.

This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I wanted to pay my debts but I was under water. Freedom Debt structured a plan with my creditors and put all my debts together and all I had to do was make one payment a month, I chose to have it come out of my Bank account every month on the same day. I believe that has helped me stay on top of the plan to get me out of debt. I am almost half way through and have caught up on everyday expenses and soon will be able to add more to my plan payments. I will be debt free ahead of time because the stress of paying my debtors are all but gone. I have learn to only buy with cash if I buy at all. I love it. I was so far in debt, something I feel terrible about after fighting for my life with Cancer, I went crazy trying to get everything my family could ask for or even want. I had no promise nor was I told that I was Cancer free, I just wanted my family to be happy for the way they stuck by me. Then it really hit me I had built all this credit up, yet I could not pay for it, then came Freedom Debt. So far 1 account has been paid off and 2 accounts are in a settlement arrangement. Mt fear is the amount that Freedom Debt got for me that the other will be sold to another collector and this will haunt me until the day I die. I pray not because I took a chance that I was covered by the Blood of Christ and had been forgiven for my mistake. I will never own any credit cards again. CAP.

We went into the program with doubts and fear due to our heavy debt. My payments to my creditors were always in time but my balance remain the same and sometimes increased during the holidays. I had taken on a lot of credit card debt you know how easy it is to get in and hard to get out of. You always assume yeah I can pay $30 here $40 there and so on and so on but then you take it to its limit and your 30s become 60s your 40s to come 80s and now it's a little rougher they handle. I was writing out my bills one day and realized it's getting kind of rough to keep up. So making a long story short I started to stress a bit and not really being able to sleep I saw a commercial for Freedom Debt Relief contacted them online. They reached out to me and I gave them a call after speaking to the representative for just a few minutes I felt a weight being lifted off of me. I signed up for the program and to keep it honest I'm able to sleep again. I am a skeptic by Nature but after weighing the pros and cons I know I made the right decision.

From the time I heard a voice at the debt relief program named Lisa, I felt the stress being lifted from my shoulders. Lisa explained step by step how the program would get us out of debt without any bad repercussions. She took us through the forms set by set and made sure there were no problems. She then called a few days later to mske sure we were ok with everything. She then put us through to paige who was also warm and wanted us to get our debts paid easier. We have been so upset due to dental emergencies because we had a credit score in the high 70s and were trying to get to 800. Paige also made us feel welcome. Freedom Debt Relief has held up their end of the bargain by talking with the creditors and making deals with them by removing close to 50 percent off the original debt.
The main thing the customer needs to do after hiring Freedom Debt Relief and agreeing to terms is to continue to make the automated monthly payments without interruption. The payments build up in the account which helps Freedom Debt Relief make deals with the creditors.
They also call your creditors for you and have a plan in place for you when creditors call your house.
The phone calls stopped after about 4 months after joining Freedom Debt Relief.
Also, if you need a month off from paying into the account due to personal reasons, Freedom Debt Relief will work with you.
However, it would help if you have a large sum of money already build up in your account. In any event, just have a chat with them and they will try to work with you.
The important thing is to make your automated payments on time consistently without interruption.
I have been a customer since August 2018 and will be totally finished by 2022(or sooner)

When life deals you problems, you need a logical way to find your way through. After an accident, time off from the job, and a group of bills that are behind, in collections and coming from several medical providers. You need a plan to put your life back on course. I did NOT want to file bankruptcy. So I turned to Freedom Debt Relief. We worked out which bills would be included, how much I would pay into the bill payment account monthly, and started. Freedom Debt now started negotiating settlements and paying my accounts. I had a total of 20 accounts that needed to be addressed. Of these 14 have now been addressed and 6 are remaining. They even went to court for me 2 times to negotiate and settle accounts. In 2 years, they have saved me nearly $15k in debt by settling these accounts. And I am sure they will save me more with the final 6. Are there some fees for their services, sure.... but I have saved $15k so far and my fees are less than 1/4 of that amount... that I would have had to pay creditors anyway without them. I see this as a WIN-WIN. My credit is improving every day.

Freedom Debt Relief has helped my mother, and I to get out of debt after we experienced my mother going into the hospital 5 times in a year and half. On top of that I became disabled due to arthritis of the spine, and ankylosis spondylitis causing me to have quit my job. The person who I first talked at Freedom Debit Relief was very knowledgeable and explained in depth what I could expect over the period it would take to pay our debts off. It has been since September, 2017 since we enrolled in the program, and we have made great progress paying down our credit card debt. You will not be sorry and will stop worrying and having sleepless nights. You are provided a phone number by Freedom Debt Relief to give any collection people who may contact you. You also pay a nominal fee to keep an attorney in the event you should need one. I cannot recommend Freedom Debt Relief.

Ever been more relieve, since I took the decision to contact Freedom Debt Relief yo help me to nock out all the credit cards that me and my husband had. Really took a lot of stress off my life. I had an accident that put me out of work. I could only pay minium payments and was getting really far behind. When I first called I was skeptical and really worried about what was going to happen to my credit rating after the whole thing started. I spoke with them several times before I really understood the process. They started taking money out of my account and that that added another layer of nervousness because of the things I have heard about other companies. I quit answering any phone calls that I did not recognize, as I knew it would be the credit card companies calling me. And they did daily leaving me messages. It took a while for anything to happen and that also made me nervous, but I kept tabs on my dashboard and could see what was actually happening. This decreased my stress. Day by day my stress has decreased. Then good news- One of my debts was settled. They are doing what they said and they know who to pay 1st and who to place a strategic hold on. These credit card companies are tough and I am now so happy that I am not having to deal with them myself. I needed help and I just so happened upon then. Upon enrolling in the Freedom Debt Relief program, I was told a settlement wouldn't take place until 4-5 months. I received 2 settlements within the first 2 deposits! Once I committed to the program, there was a heavy weight taken off my shoulders! I had been stressed for months and no hope for any resolution in sight. I was very hesitant to move towards a debt consolidation with Freedom Debt Relief. Treading outside of my normal box of paying down credit cards or loans.

First my Mom had to go to the hospital in May. Then the transmission went on my car. Then I had to have my water well completely refitted. Then Mom went back to the hospital. Then my heating system boiler went out in October. It was a tough five months! Expensive, too! When I tried to talk to them on my own, they didn't care about the problems and issues I was dealing with. All they wanted was THEIR money...now! I never disputed that I owed them the money, but each month I'd have to pick one or two to skip a payment. I was getting nowhere fast. FDR stopped the mean-spirited phone calls and has negotiated better agreements with my creditors. With lower overall payments and no more calls, I can focus on helping my Mom and doing my job without distractions and pressures. Mom is doing better, I can do my job better and safer, and I sleep better. I couldn't have done it without FDR.

The Freedom debt Relief program allows you to set up a process for reducing your debt at a discounted rate over a structured time period, based on the negotiated settlements that are agreed upon with your creditors.
What I really like is that the settlements are usually for a set amount and stops all interest and penalties while being paid off.
You provide a set amount of funds each month which Freedom Debt Relief works with to pay off each settlement; therefore you generally do not have increasing balances while the settlements are being paid off over the structured time period of each debt. This means that the amount you are paying into the program remains the same, unless you choose to change it.
