it was very simple to enter into this program. And I felt no judgement for being in the position to have to do this. I found the instructions very clear and the step by step format was easy to follow. My contact with Jessica, my account coordinator, was reassuring. She was very empathetic and informative . Answered all my questions clearly and calmly. Even when I asked the same question several times out of nervousness. I feel very confident to call her whenever I need to.

Overall, a great company to work with—quick to respond to customers and highly efficient when it comes to customer needs. However, the programs they offer require money in order to speed up the process, which can be a bit discouraging when dealing with a creditor trying to take you to court. That said, this company has lawyers who work with you throughout the entire process at no extra cost, as long as you make your payments on time. At this point, I am very pleased to be working with Freedom Debt Relief.

Love FDR ! It is alot of relief to give them all your debt to work on for you. It takes alot of stress off of you and eventually, all of the creditors calls will stop. All of your bills you were paying before FDR, all added up, will be drastically reduced into 1 payment to FDR as they work with your creditors get all your debt resolved. 5 star *****.

What I love is that they seem to truly care about helping people resolve their debt. If I had called my creditors and asked for grace during my financial struggle, they would have told me to go pound dirt up my nose and keep paying -- which is why I chose this company to help me. Unfortunately, I experience two injuries in a row in several surgery later I was in debt due to relying on credit cards just, soinstead of doing bankruptcy, we chose to do consolidation with Freedom. I’ve been struggling for a while to get my finances back on track and haven’t been able to secure the overall funds to consolidate for one reason or another. After reaching out to FDR for a loan they too were unable to assist me, but the young man that assisted me didn’t give up…he reached into his “help bag” and pulled out this consolidation offer; which was what I was pretty much looking for all along. 🥰

Freedom Debt Relief has helped me the past 2 years get me out of the debt that I was in and boost my credit so that I can get back to a semi-normal life and it's really been a plus on my financial aspect and my emotional aspect in life and it wasn't something that I thought I was going to be able to overcome by myself so this program really is something that helps people that don't believe they can do it on their own or can do it at all and I would totally recommend it to a friend or a family member because they have helped me out in so many different ways in the darkest of times when I have been going through losing a pet losing a sister and they were still here to make sure that I was okay and that I had my program on track to where I would be able to graduate on time and be able to get my life back on track with the debt that I was trying to overcome so thank you really isn't something that I think is ever going to be enough but thank you is something that I can say now because it has helped a lot in my life.

I am so grateful for the high level support from FDR. I recently joined the program and from the very first phone conversation, I have been treated with respect, kindness and an abundance of compassion. Not only do they take time to listen to you, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I was scared and my confidence level was very low before I started my journey with them and they immediately calmed me down and put my mind at ease.
If you need help with your debt, please don’t let this opportunity pass you, reach out to their team and you won’t regret your decision. The process is remarkable, there the app, dashboard and all of the features that you have access to is superb! They are the BEST and I am grateful. If you commit to the program and do your part which is very easy, keep your payments on track and let them do their job, and you will get the results you deserve and crave. Stop thinking about it and just do it! I am speaking from my own personal experience and I can’t say enough about the smooth process and how fantastic their communication is on point!

I’m completely happy with my experience with FDR they are very professional and friendly and always willing to find ways to help me. I appreciate all their hard work in helping me to reduce my debt and in a professional and friendly way. I know I repeated friendly twice because that is important to me. For me it was hard to ask for help, but circumstances had changed for me and I desperately needed their help! From the beginning on, as I said they have treated me professionally and friendly, so I have not felt so bad to be in this position in the first place. I love Feedom relief it gave me secure and it took all worries from my shoulders I just do my job kept g up with my monthly payment an they do the rest
I honestly recommen Freedom relief don’t do it on your own when you have people to help you
Make your self a favor take off the load out of your life and live in peace with yourself and family we have better things to worry about the name says it all Freedom relief
So don’t waist your time and your health stay healthy
It help me a lot in my life I can live again and enjoy my life with my love ones

This was the best decision I have made. I wish I would have done it sooner! I love this company. If I need to ask questions there is always someone to talk to. When I signed up, it seemed like my graduation seemed so far away. But, it goes really fast.
I got all of my debt from being a single mom who didn’t receive child support on a consistent basis. I had no other choice. I always felt guilty about my debt and how I would pay it back. This company has taken me under their wing and help me see a light at the end of the tunnel! I check my dashboard daily because of how excited I am from all the progress I have made! If I could do a commercial for them I would!! 😊Absolutely love these people that I work with and this company! Thank you for being so kind and helpful and not making me feel like a loser! I tell everyone I know about the progress I have made with this company!!

I called this company because I started having seizures and dislocated my shoulders because of the seizures. I can’t work and I’m not eligible for disability. Over the years of dealing with my health my debt climbed very fast. I was extremely stressed about my debt. The first phone call to this company gave me piece of mind and allowed me to focus more on my health than trying to make money to pay off the debt. They explained perfectly how they were going to handle my debt and within 6 months of giving payments they have already settled my debt for significantly less than I owed. My dedicated account that they set up for me doesn’t even have enough money to pay off those debts, but they were still able to settle my debts. Amazing company and amazing employees that truly care about improving your life!

I am an active participant of the freedom Debt Relief Program and I am very impressed with the way they are handling my debt. At first it was no way to solve my problems because even the bank I was working with was trying to help me because I was working with another company instead of theirs. I decided not to be defeated and continue to work with Freedom Debt Relief. The program is very helpful and considerate in the problem you may encounter along the way. They have solutions that you can try to help the situation. The banks tell you one thing and do something else.
