I was nervous to sign up with them, but they calmed me down and explained everything very thoroughly to me. They seem very educated and know what they're doing. I think they take too much from you as far as you're trying to get out of debt and they try to take twenty percent off each thing they settle for you which I think is a high amount.

Everytime I've called in to ask a question, they've answered and explained everything in detail. They let us know what's going on with creditors and the companies they work with. I really like not having creditors call me, because Freedom handles all that. I'm very pleased with the service they provide, and everyone at the company is very nice and listen to your questions. I have a little trouble reaching them sometimes. They send me notices to look at the dashboard that shows where I stand with each credit card. I had a little trouble settling one credit card and I had to turn down the settlement proposal because it was unacceptable.

They take care of everything, I just have to make sure the money goes in the account. They are on top of everything and let me know my progress through the client dashboard and through texts and emails. I haven't seen any money disappear or anything so they're pretty honest.

Once I got it set up I never had to think about it again. The bills got paid, they were negotiated down, and the money was taken out of my account. They're always there when I need them, they're very communicative.

Any time I had questions I would call them or go online to ask questions. They always respond right away. There are some things I wish they would do a little faster, but I understand the process.
