It was recommended by the AARP so I decided to go with them. They are always very responsive and their service is pretty good. Usually I call them, but they do send me text messages when they get one of the companies to settle. The only thing is that I wasn't really aware of the cost of it, maybe I didn't read it. Still, I'm ok about it.
