I didn’t like the fact that even though I explained to FDR that I was retired and the deposit amount didn’t change even though the amount of my credit reduced. I could not get a straight answer the majority of times I emailed questions. Additionally, their fees are too high. In hindsight I should have negotiated my own settlements and saved thousands of dollars. In the end, they did not save me that much. You go in to the process thinking you’re going to cut your debt by 50%. That is not the case with their fees. The timeline I agreed to with a set monthly amount will not be met. This is extremely disappointing. Could it be due their fees? I have multiple lessons learned from this process. Overall I can’t recommend them to anyone.

They helped me with my overall debt but I was not informed properly of the time frame that the program would end. I was told my debt would be cleared in four years but I'm actually set to graduate in 5 years.
