It’s still too soon to give a full review, as I just started the process. That said, I do have some concerns. The account balances they quoted me were lower than the actual amounts, and some accounts with large balances weren’t included at all.
I reached out to my representative for clarification, but I didn’t receive a clear answer to my questions. I’m choosing to trust the process for now and hope everything will be resolved as we move forward.
I’ll reserve final judgment until I see how things progress.

The process itself is intentionally slow, and for good reason — negotiations with creditors cannot begin until sufficient funds have accumulated in your dedicated account. This means that progress is directly tied to your ability to consistently contribute to that account, which can be frustrating for those expecting immediate results.
One of the most challenging aspects of the program is the period before settlements begin. During this time, communication from creditors — including phone calls, emails, and physical mail — can be relentless. This phase is not for the faint of heart, and it requires a strong commitment to the end goal. It’s also worth noting that your credit score will take a significant hit. In my case, my score dropped from 690 in January to 460 by May. This is a common and expected consequence of the process, but it can still be difficult to watch unfold.

Although i was skeptical at first regarding the claims FDR made I have become a believer. FDR did the hard parts of talking with creditors and lawyers and accomplish realistic repayment terms. So, set up your plan with your existing debts, stick to your payment schedule and debt is taken care of faster than you could do on your own.

Overall Freedom Debt Relief has been a God send for me. If I had one complaint it would be with the follow-up with the legal team branch of the firm. It seems that they are so busy with getting cases solved that they cannot find time to drop an email or text message to a client as to the progress of a legal matter that they are handling for a client. Maybe they just don't understand the almost panic that a client feels when he or she is served with legal or court documents. Other than that , they are a great firm to deal with and I would highly reccomend them to anyone with debt problems.

For the most part, the people answering the phone & helping me have been great. However, I’ve had a couple of times with someone with a thicker accent & it was hard to understand them. I felt it was rude on my part to constantly ask them to repeat themselves.
