Hello Mia,

We appreciate your honest feedback. We do take a fee, but not until a debt is resolved. The amount of the fee will vary depending on a client’s state of residence, total debt amount, etc. Typically, it ranges from 15% - 25% of total enrolled debt over the course of the program. For example, fees of 21% of enrolled debt in a 42-month program would work to about 6% per year annualized. This offers significant savings over other solutions, especially for those who would otherwise be making payments as agreed to their creditors at the interest rates they have when entering our program. We extend an apology for any confusion or misunderstanding of our fees but we do make sure to cover this in the enrollment call, Welcome call, and listed in your Debt Resolution Agreement. Once we negotiate and resolve your accounts enrolled in Freedom Debt Relief, the calls will stop and we are looking forward to seeing your debt free.
