Actually I was signed up quickly. Upon receiving paperwork I discovered my cc accounts would not receive any explanation or payment until I had paid Debt Relief a large amount. I am now sorry for not taking more time. It was a swift sales job + finished. Not happy.

Once you sign up, they will never answer your questions again. You can call, e-mail for days and no one will respond. Its very frustrating. When you sign up, they tell you "We will be here for you for the entire program". However, this does not seem to be the case. Proceed with caution.

Customer service promises you the world but they do not deliver. I have called for 7 weeks to try and get a negotiation that I got a court summons on. I even gave them $1000.00 to put against it that account. I have gotten the run around over and over. Very poor Customer Service!

This company set up my account. All good and well. They proceeded to deduct the payment out of my account on the wrong date bouncing five payments on my checking account. This also tied up any funds in my account for five days, hence no money in my accout and $140 in over draft fees. Be CAREFULL!
