I have been signed up since April and paid over $2400, To settle a credit card for $490 , they charged me $1902.00. This is a scam, Don't do it!!! I bet you don't post this review. we will find out in a few years all of this is a scam and these positive reviews are fake.

Terrible Customer Service. They only talk to you on the front end to get your business. Every other communication was via text which is annoying. They missed a creditor listed, which ended up hurting me, their website dashboard is nice but not user friendly... I don’t understand the positive reviews.

When I signed up I was told that all my darts would be settled for 50%. The first one they settled was for only 38%,so by the time they add on their fees I hardly saved any money at all . Don't be fooled by Freedom Debt Reliefs false promises and try another debt relief company!

I received a court summons from one debtor. I have requested someone call their attorney and myself multiple times. No one has communicated with either the lawyer or myself. No phone calls, emails or letters. Nothing. It is very upsetting to me and there no customer service.
