The length of the program varies on your total debt enrolled and our program is 24-48 months. Our program is not a debt consolidation loan program so we cannot negotiate with all your creditors at the same time. We negotiate based on the funds that are available in your dedicated account. Fdr tells client to NOT communicate w creditor after signing up w them. Doing so will force creditors to sue die to fdr NOT communicating w creditors themselves and after bill is in collections, there is no way to reduce amount owed. Terriable communication from fdr and customer service! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Freedom, negotiated with my smaller debt holders first resulting in an inability to negotiate with my largest debt holder. This led to litigation and an inability to result in any savings from them at all. In fact the settlement reached is several thousand more than my enrolled debt.

Freedom Debt Relief is a scam. Was lied to from the beginning. Was told my credit score would only be affected for few months. Has been well over a year and it has only went down. The lawyers they provide are not there to fight for you. They are only there to file paperwork. I would not recommend this program to anyone.

With regards to the negative impact you are seeing to your credit score, please understand we have no way to determine how long your credit will be negatively impacted as the creditors enrolled are reporting the delinquencies to the major credit bureaus. What we know for certain is that after the full settlement amount is paid to and processed by a creditor, they may report to credit reporting bureaus that your account is settled in full, settled, paid, paid by settlement, or settled for less than the full amount. You no longer owe on this account and the balance is zero. That debt is behind you and your credit report shows it.

We are also sorry to hear of the experience you had with our partners at the National Litigation Law Group. Yes, we have partnered with the legal firm to represent our clients who are faced with legal actions by a creditor. However, understand that they are a separate entity. There are specific requirements clients must meet in order to utilize the services they provide.

We try really hard to provide our clients with the best customer service possible, so we are very disappointed to hear you are not satisfied with the service received thus far.
