There is no incentive to paying off early. I still have $7000 worth of fees I have to pay off and your website does not reflect any dollar amount showing that. The payoff amount is very deceptive I would not recommend using freedom debt relief to anybody. Even the remaining payments does not reflect the fees.

In some cases, clients may be required to pay taxes on their forgiven debt, but it is possible to avoid declaring the forgiven debt if a person meets the IRS's definition of liabilities exceeding assets at the time of settlement. Set up was easy. Staff is friendly. Fees are really high. Out of $12,061 I have deposited, they took $5600 for fees. That's almost half. I recommend settling your debt on your own if you want to save money.

Liars, said they would not take there fees until the debts were paid off first. But they took all their fees up front and because of that did not have the money to pay one of the debts and defaulted on the settlement. Blamed me of course. I ended up being sued because of FDR. Would not recommend FDR to anyone.

The agreement that you have signed does state that we collect a one-time settlement fee, but only once a settlement has been negotiated and authorized by the client and we have started making payments toward the settlement.
