I gave it 1 star just to show something. Because of their "Protocols" I was forced into bankruptcy. In addition, they could have done better if not for the fees they charged while "helping" negotiate terms with creditors. I would never recommend them to anyone.

A very shading company they dont tell you everything and at the end you struggle. They have fees they brush over and the NLLG that represents you doesn't tell the truth. Find a different debt relief company. Freedom Debt relief is not helpful. The people don't actually help and gloss over your concerns. The settlement fees they take are exorbitant. You don't save any money after they take their share. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.
