It's a lot of pressure off my shoulders knowing that I do not have to deal with this problem. They have been very open and they keep you informed. They're web tool is very good and if you don't go into it for a couple weeks it reminds you. You can track your accounts and your progress. The only thing I don't like is that their charges are very high so even though they say they are saving you fifty percent after their charges, they are only saving you about twenty five. It still is a lot easier than having all the pressure on you.

The guy that originally helped me was really really helpful and explained to me what the program did. I wish they would have explained a little bit more of the charges I was going to be charged. But that was okay. They helped me at a time when I needed help. The only problem that I've had with the customer service is their judgement that was filed against my husband on a credit card and we had to go to court instead of paying them to go for us so I wasn't very thrilled with that.

I wish I had come to FDR sooner than I did. By the time I did the switch to FDR from another company, the creditors just didn't want to wait and I started getting said left and right. So far they have been doing really good on my debt relief and I just started it and I am very pleased. They have a dashboard which every day I check and then they call me help as soon as they do something. I kept seeing the commercial on TV and I needed help so I decided to sign up with them. Every time I have had questions of any kind, I can call and they give me the answers that I need. It's a good thing but sometimes when I've had to call to make a change to something I've got a little drawback.

I feel good about it, I don't have pressure on me any more and I'm not worried about bills. I would ask customer service a question and they would know the answer right away, they don't have to call you back with the information.

I am very happy with them. I saw them advertised on Facebook and that I talked to somebody that was with them. They've always let me give information of what they're doing and are very courteous when I call. They're doing what they are supposed to do and I've already got one credit card paid off and another just about.

It was scarey at first, not paying my bills, but I am making slow progress and the threatening phone calls and letters are becoming less and less, just as the company said. All of the reps that I speak to are friendly and very helpful, even if you just need to talk to someone about any doubts you may have.
