They charge a lot of very high settlement fees, they make your accounts go real high from what you initially enrolled (amount) then they ‘settle’ it… then they say we settled your accounts for half of what you owed! No they didn’t …

The worst service I've ever experienced. Terrible customer service. The staff seems to not know what they're doing. They also do not explain that there is another program to qualify for a loan (like any other loan) These services were never explained nor links provided. Like I said terrible customer service

Can't get anyone to get back with me about canceling service. It was not made clear to me that this program was for personal debt only. I enrolled with business debt, initiated the program, then had liens filed against my business!! Absolutely do not recommend. If anyone from FDR sees this, PLEASE cancel my enrollment!!
