expects the customer meeting me to do work that I am paying you to do and there are fees taken out all the time despite what the people answering the phone say I will never use this company again. they are slower than they ever have been. I have used them in the past. never again lucky to get one star from me

We understand creditor calls can be difficult, but we use the time that it takes for accounts to go past due, to accumulate funds in order fir us to negotiate and settle your accounts in realistic timeframes.

Terrible customer service and I am not sure it is really a value for what I am spending. They are slow to make settlements and their fees are more than what they are saving me in each settlement.

Hi Wendie, it is important to remember that you are saving on your overall debt and your debt is completely separate from our settlement fee. Our fee is payment for the service we are providing and the settlement is what you pay to satisfy your debt with a creditor, at a lower rate.

They charge a lot of very high settlement fees, they make your accounts go real high from what you initially enrolled (amount) then they ‘settle’ it… then they say we settled your accounts for half of what you owed! No they didn’t …
