They were always very informative and quick to respond. They were constantly trying to help. They were passionate about doing their jobs. I got my payment reduced and I was able to work out an understanding with the debtors. There were a few times that were kind of long in returning the call, but one particular debt that I went to loan litigation kind of got shuffled on the sideline but they did their job and were very efficient.

FDR really helped me stay committed to paying the low monthly bill for my consolidated credit card bill. I enrolled 3 credit cards all of which I couldn't afford paying the minimum payments for each consistently and when I had a chance to pay a big chunk of the balance, I wasn't able to keep up with it. I have had mostly good experiance. There was one time they said I was behind in payments. with my help showing that I had not missed any payment by comparing my bamk stament to there records. I saw their add on TV or something and I called them and I really liked who I talked to so I went with them. I never not received a call. I've been able to get through to my representative within an hour anytime I called. I mostly got through in just a minute.
