We're sorry to hear that you are not too pleased with our settlement fees. The way our settlement fees vary and are calculated based on the law in the state you live in and the amount of your debt. We do not collect our settlement fees upfront we wait until a settlement has been negotiated and authorized by the client and we have started making payments toward the settlement. Also, we only collect a one-time settlement fee. Even with our settlement fees, we collect it's still proven to provide you significant savings versus having to pay your creditor 100% of the debt owed which helps our client pay down their entire debt - principal, fees, interest and all.
