Im sorry I think the process takes way too long, ive been involved for about six months. In the six months only 1 out of 6 accounts is current while other 5 are still pending. I get calls from the banks everyday and when i contact freedom i dont really get any answers

I was NOT happy with Freedom Debt Relief & I will NEVER use them again. I was under the impression that they were taking the $$ I sent them & negotiating with my creditors. They were simply holding onto the money & putting a small percentage into an "account" for me, which they intended to offer the creditors as a settlement once I had defaulted past the point of the return. My score suffered several points & FDR had never even contacted anyone - they just pocketed my money. I do NOT recommend these people.

I started the program in June of 2014. We settled our first card in Jan 2015 during that time my credit went from 710 to 560 during that time. Little did I know the difference we did not pay the cards I still had to pay taxes on to the IRS. Also I just tried to open a checking account to a credit union that had a loan we "settled" and to open the acountry I had to pay the difference. I will never use nor recommend to use them ever. Talk to your credit card companies and whoever you owe money to they can always work with you.

Do not go with this sham of a so called company!! They do not negotiate for you...only until accounts go into collections!!! These people are not trust worthy, they lie...take money for their benefit...dont cate about the customer!!! Thank god I realized this and closed my account and went with a more reputable company!! I would keep away from them if I was you. They told me I was done paying, even stopped making withdraws from me for 3 months. Then, out of the blue start making withdraws again?? What kind of an outfit does that?? All they can say is "sorry" that person isn't here anymore. they have got to be the most apologetic place around. Do yourself a favorite and go with someplace else. I doubt if you will have surprises like this....
