I filled out the necessary information on line and received a telephone message from Caleb who advised me he had been assigned to handle my request. I returned his message, he was not available so I left him a message to call me as I was interested in pursuing debt relief. I believe left a second message and now two weeks later have not heard from him. At this point I do not want Caleb to handle my account!

I spoke with a person named Ryan and agreed to have $251 taken out of my account each month to cover my debt. I assigned a part of the contract, never seen the entire contract which was a big mistake because they then took out another $251 at the end of the month which I never agreed to and could no way afford. They had no intention of wanting to resolve this until I got to a supervisor. My e-signature on this document is not even my signature I never signed my name like that. I would be very careful before I do anything with this company

I disagree with the ridiculous HIGH FEE that's charged once a settlement is reached on a clients account. People come to your company for debt relief HELP not to get RIPPED OFF, worse than the credit card companies themselves. I don't consider your plan of action helps someone but instead causing them to get deeper into debt. It defeats the whole purpose of trying hard to manage the monthly deposited that are set aside in order to have enough money to pay off any settlement when you guys are in the business of just ripping off your clients.

When I started with Freedom Debt Relief I was very excited to find an avenue to getting out of debt. However now I have found out I have to pay the IRS on the savings.
