The charges and fees are something that they are not up front with. The fees are not included in "how much you saved". They pretty much make you discover them yourself. If you start out with decent credit it will take years to recover using this company.

Do NOT use this company. We have been with them for four years now - the first three years went fine; they have done NOTHING for us in 8 months. I am getting no answers when I call. We have had enough money in there to settle all five remaining debts since January (it is now August) and absolutely NOTHING is happening - except for our money being regularly deposited into their account and them faithfully charging us the monthly fee. I guess I'm going to have to deal with the remaining creditors on my own as they seem to be incapable.

I am highly disappointed with the service from this company. In this process I have had a judgement against me because the customer service representative did not explain all the circumstances to me beforehand. They do not call and speak to you, only text or emails. I may be old fashioned but when it comes to money and credit going the extra mile may come in handy. Not a happy customer and would never recommend this company.

I thought that they were going to help me out with my situation but it has all gotten worst since I signed up with them. I was under the assumption that they were going to take $704 and apply it to all of my bills, but they only applied that to one of them. Since I have 5 accounts that didn't help me and now I'm 5 months behind in my payments and collection agencies are calling me. I'm not happy and I'll be going off that program.

I am not happy with the settlements , they are too high. Settlements are always more than 50% and with FDR fees, their service is not worth it. Matter of fact, three creditors sent me settlements for 30%. Alot less than FDR. The other thing is they are not working with me, especially when I requested to reduce my monthly payment while I was out of work for almost 4 months. I was told I have to keep paying. I am tired of the constant text messages from them when I clearly have told them over and over, do not settle unless it is 50% or under. I am leaving FDR.

I'm having a lot of trouble with the process right now. I've been doing this for 2-3 months and creditors are calling me multiple times a day and have turned me into the credit bureaus. My credit score is dropping rapidly by 20 points a day. I'm wandering if I have chose the wrong company to consolidate with. The creditors say you haven't contacted them and others say they denied your requests. Tell me how this is supposed to be relief from anything. I was never late on my payments, I just got too many debts and was using all my monthly income to pay debt leaving nothing for me to live on.
