I switched from National debt relief in hopes your company would be more flexible instead it’s the same thing. Can’t lower a single payment have to make all payments. Even with hardships.

I am not experiencing consistency. The debts I agreed to are changing. I downloaded my financial statement and have a 9.00 credit. When I attempted to opt out I was told I can't! Suddenly there's a resolution in progress? I want to opt out now and need help doing that. The woman was not pleasant and I felt threatened by her. Like she's the decisive one and I had no choice. This is the second unpleasant person I've encountered there. I really want to close my account now. Can you help me?

You don't even deserve 1 star. BIGGEST mistake. I wasn't behind until starting qith Freedom. I'm now being sued by one of my creditors for what was $400 which has now turned into over $800. They wouldn't respond to my emails nor ever called about what to do next. I've called them and asked what to do i have court in 10 days and still haven't heard from them from over a week ago.

Called customer service spoke to Oscar did not let me voice why I was upset. Received a email stating that if I was using 3 different credit cards. One was suppose to be taken off the list due to they will not ever settle that was done n in July 2024. He then said it was probably late charges and interest. Not very happy with that email at all. You should keep notes before upsetting me with that nonsense.
