I looked into Freedom Debt Relief when searching for a debt relief service. I was able to connect with a customer service representative on a Saturday. This was important to me since I only have weekends off to deal with this. I really enjoyed the communication and positive experience I had with the customer service representative. I ended up going with a different service provider as I did not have enough debt to qualify for the service.

Do NOT make the same mistake I did. The process is extremely slow. While you wait, late payments hit your credit report. I started with no late payments—now my credit is worse than ever. The damage is long-term and not easy to reverse. What I thought was help has only left me worse off. I wish I had researched more before signing up.
