It's been cool working with these people, it really has. They're great, they answer all my questions, not a problem at all, they're really nice people. I had a whole bunch of bills, so it was kind of overwhelming. I saw an ad on TV and so I called them. When I first started out, they put it on on my tablet but I'm not a very good electronics person, so when they make progress on my debt they call me on the phone, and I appreciate it very much. I love it, I'm glad I did it. On my limited income it's a little tough to have it deducted from my bank account every month, but it's a lot cheaper than what I was paying before. I was paying $6700 a month on these debts that I have, and now I'm paying $300, so I'm happy. I did save quite a bit.

I was laid off and forced to retire early, and I didn't make enough money on unemployment to pay for all the credit card bills I had accrued. I think I saw an ad on the internet about Freedom Debt Relief. I called them, and no complaints, I'm pretty happy with how it's going. I got emails from them, and actual correspondence through the postal service, and they've been good at keeping in touch. They told me it's going to take a few years to pay all the debt off, but so far so good. From the first card they settled I think I saved a thousand dollars, and they're taking care of three others that they're dealing with, trying to get my debts down. I think it was a good decision, and I'm happy with their service.

I like how they have the online dashboard because it makes easier and visible for you to look at your information, unless you have to talk to somebody all the time, but mainly I like the fact that they do the work for you. I needed help with a couple of credit cards, and I would say they probably saved me almost 10 grand. They kept me up to date by email, which was very good for me because I'm a busy mom and care giver. I did have a bad experience where a gentleman called me from there, offering some kind of loan. He was being kind of pushy, and when he called me I was busy driving. I told him that I would have to call back, but he insisted, trying to explain the program, and he was actually kind of rude at one point. He told me that he couldn't see why I couldn't understand how the program works, so that was a bad experience.

I previously contracted with FDR then sold my house to pay off my debt. The buyer was a scam so I rehired FDR to finish what they started. Due to the time that had past, my debt accounts were closed and now I'm paying twice what my original contract was for to catch up. Don't wait till your debts are past due.

The process was easy for the program itself. But dealing with the people that you owe is hard. FDR. should warn the people that enroll in the program of all the actions the debtor use. Not just putting stop payments on them is enough. I had to change my account numbers also. My debtor made a fake check as if I wrote it and tried to deposit as a withdrawal on my account. Thank you well Fargo. For the notification. To stop payment. You do save money, but there is stress evolve. So just let the customer that use the program of everything. So stop payments doesn't work. You literally have to change everything.

Very good at explaining the program in and outs ..and very polite over the phone when questions arise ..getting my debt paid off quicker and easier than if I were to do it alone...credit score tanks ..but in the long run when it is all said and done ..I can polish it

At first I was a little Leary because for three months there was no progress that I could see but finally had enough in my account that they could start to negotiate one by one. I wish it would go a little faster on the negotiations because I’m getting so many phone calls about my debt but I understand how it works now.
